【発明の詳細な説明】 (技術分野) 本発明はプレインペーパコピ(Plain Paper
Copy)(PPC)複写機の定着ロールにシリコンオ
イル等の離型剤を塗布する装置に関するものであ
る。

(従来技術とその問題点) PPC複写機における定着機構としては、基本
的には紙面に転写されたトナーを加熱定着ロール
とゴムロール等の弾性のある加圧ロールの間を通
過させ温度をかけながら圧着し焼き付けることに
ある。このような機構において、加熱された定着
ロールと弾性のある加圧ロールとの間をトナーの
付着した紙面が通過すると紙自体がロールに付着
してロールに巻きつき完全な焼付けが出来ないと
か、コピ紙に転写されたトナーが定着ロールに付
着し画像が二重写しになる(所謂オフセツト現
象)とか、設備の故障とかいつた問題が発生す
る。従つて従来よりこの点について種々検討され
ているが最終的には定着ロール及び弾性ロールに
離型のための離型剤を塗布する方法がとられてい
る。

しかしながらこの離型剤をロールに均一にかつ
適量塗布する方法は非常に難かしく、離型剤が多
すぎると紙面にしみがついたり紙面が変色したり
し、同時に離型剤の消費がはげしくたえず注油し
たりする手間がかかるし、多すぎた離型剤がロー
ル表面で固化したりし、思わぬ故障の原因になつ
たりする。又離型剤が少なすぎると当然のことな
がら前記のオフセツト現象が発生したり、ロール
表面の離型性が悪くなり紙がロールに巻付く原因
となる。ちなみに離型剤としては主としてシリコ
ンオイル等の耐熱オイルが使用される。

構造のものが開発提案されているが、必ずしも充
分なものではない。

離型剤の塗布状態が均一で離型剤の消費も必要最
小量で経済的でしかも非常に狭いスペースの所で

純でコストも非常に安価で使い捨ても可能である
次の如きものを先に発明し特許出願した。

型剤の吐出量を所定量にしかも均一にするためで
ある。

(本発明の構成) この点に鑑み本発明はより簡易にこれを行うと
するものである。本発明の複写機の離型剤塗布装

を用い、この支持体を合体させて両端をシールし
た四弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユーブをその離型
剤浸出部となる部分を開口部より突出させて内腔
部に抱え込み、多孔質チユーブの開口部より突出
させた離型剤浸出部となる部分以外の部分の多孔
を多孔質チユーブと支持体内腔壁との当接により
閉塞するようにしたことを特徴とする。

度が50〜85%、外径が5〜50mm、肉厚が0.1〜5
mmの構造を有した四弗化エチレン樹脂多孔質チユ
ーブ例えば住友電工製ポアフロンチユーブであ
る。
