Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain uniform contact and to eliminate a clog with toner particles and to realize long-period use by providing a mold release agent holding layer made of a continuous foamed body outside a pipe type mandrel which has a through-hole from an internal wall to an externg pressed. CONSTITUTION:An oil impregnated layer of the continuous foamed body 17 with heat resistance is provided on the side of the pipe type mandrel 16 which has a slit or hole 15. This layer is sheathed with a porous tube 18 of fluororesin, both ends of it are sealed, and the foamed body is impregnated with a mold release agent 19 from a hollow part 19'. Consequently, the mandrel 16 and tube 18 contact each other in the direction of the generating line of roller uniformly for a long period and no clog with toner particles is caused, so that long-period use is realized.

浸させたことを特徴としている。

摩耗も少なく、正常な定着がなされた。
