After removing the wheels, engine, and other parts, the car body and chassis are pressed into a compressed block. Electrical parts are removed from the engine by hand, and old tires are separated from the wheels by hand or using a special tire-wheel separator. In addition, good quality tires are recycled as raw materials for recycled tires.

Therefore, when recovering aluminum from such engine scrap, metal parts with a higher melting point than aluminum are simply heated in the melting furnace and then taken out of the furnace as is. This resulted in the consumption of heat energy, which had the disadvantage of increasing fuel costs for the furnace.

Unable to keep up with the demand, we had no choice but to crush the old tires radially along with the tires, deform the wheels and remove them without worrying about the tires being cut, ensuring mass disposal even if we had to give up some of the recovery of recycled tire resources. The need arose.

In this case, the pressing force of each pair of work hands when closing the opening/closing arm differs depending on the mounting position. That is, the work hand attached to the tip side of the opening/closing arm (a position away from the self-propelled work vehicle) is weak, and the work hand attached to the base side of the opening/closing arm (position close to the self-propelled work vehicle) is strong.

ミニウムと鋳鉄との複合体となる。 Next, the object to be dismantled, for example, a scrap engine, is grabbed using the opening/closing work tool at the tip of the boom, and placed between the pair of work hands on the tip of the opening/closing arm, and the boom and opening/closing work tool are attached to the driver's seat of the work vehicle. Adjust the desired direction and position by operating from The parts are grasped by the opening/closing tool at the tip of the boom and torn into pieces. During this time, if the clamping by the opening/closing arm is loosened, the engine can be rotated around the axis connecting the clamping points by operating the boom and the opening/closing work tool, and the posture of the engine can be changed. Surrounding accessories can be easily and efficiently removed by the linked operation of the boom and the opening/closing work tool (hereinafter, this removal work will be referred to as "pretreatment"). After pretreatment, the engine becomes a composite of aluminum and cast iron.

When the opening/closing arm is driven in the closing direction, the pressing force of the work hand on the base side is strong as described above, so the engine is strongly pinched, and aluminum products such as the cylinder head can be broken (see below). (The process of breaking this aluminum product is called "engine breaking.")

も可能である。 On the other hand, in the dismantling apparatus according to the invention as set forth in claims 2 and 3, there is only one pair of mounting seats. Therefore, only one pair of working hands can be attached.
However, in the dismantling device according to the invention set forth in claim 2, since the pair of mounting seats are provided so as to be slidable along the opening/closing arm, the dismantling apparatus according to the invention set forth in claim 1 is The pressing force of the working hand changes at the same time as the dismantling device according to the invention. Similarly, claim 3
In the dismantling apparatus according to the invention described in 1, the opening/closing arm is extendable and retractable, so the pressing force of the working hand changes depending on the extension/retraction position. In the dismantling apparatus according to the invention described in Claims 2 and 3, the engine is pretreated while the pair of work hands are placed at a position away from the self-propelled work vehicle, and the pair of work hands are placed at a position close to the self-propelled work vehicle. Perform the engine split while it is in place. In this case, the work hand can be replaced with a desired type depending on the content of the work.

業は開閉作業工具自体で行えばよい。 Further, each of the mounting seats of the opening/closing arm is provided with claim 5.
Alternatively, if work hands with concave or convex shapes facing each other are attached according to 6 or 7, the opening/closing arm is strongly clamped by hydraulic operation to the object to be dismantled sandwiched between the work hands, thereby concentrating on that part. It is possible to apply strong pressure. This is particularly effective when the work hand is attached to the base of the opening/closing arm or close to the self-propelled work vehicle. By applying this strong pressure, the object can be broken at stress concentration points, and the object can be divided from there. For example, in automobile engines, if strong pressure is applied to the boundaries between the engine housing and the transmission case, or between the engine housing and the cylinder head cover, these can easily crack at the boundaries and become separated at the joints of dissimilar metals. For example, these dissimilar metals can be recovered separately. The divided parts can be handled by grasping them with the opening/closing work tool at the tip of the boom, and the work of breaking the remaining small parts can be done with the opening/closing work tool itself.

ヤとホイールを別々に搬出する。 The dismantling apparatus according to claims 8 and 9 is particularly suitable for tire-wheel separation work, and this can also be accomplished by replacing the work hands. That is, when a working hand having a horizontal table half member is fixed to the mounting seat at the tip of the opening/closing arm, a support surface with a gap approximately in the center between the tips of the arms is formed when the opening/closing arm is properly closed. Grasp the old tire using the opening/closing tool at the tip of the boom and place it flat on the support surface with the disc side of the disc wheel facing down, making sure that the rim part of the disc side of the disc wheel fits into the gap. Sort out old tires. Next, by hydraulically operating the boom and the opening/closing work tool, the tire is slightly pushed in at a symmetrical position on the outside of the wheel while the opening/closing work tool is opened slightly wider than the outer diameter of the wheel, and the opening/closing work tool is closed. By pushing the rim portion of the drum open end side facing upward from the outside toward the center and deforming it, and causing this deformation to occur at multiple locations in the circumferential direction of the wheel, the rim portion is substantially The drum is deformed so that the contour of the side drum fits inside the rim bore of the tire. After that, since the drum open end side of the wheel has already been deformed into a reduced diameter shape, the boom and opening/closing work tool are used to push the wheel downwards from the gap in the center of the support base, and the separated tire and wheel are separated. Export separately.

The opening angle of the opening/closing arm 24 is determined, and a gap (hole G, FIG. 4) slightly larger than the outer diameter of the wheel is formed between both table half members 283. Next, by rotating the upper vehicle structure 14 and moving the booms 10 and 12 up and down, the opening/closing work tool 30 is positioned directly above the pile of old tires, and then the four claws 32 of the work tool 30 are positioned directly above the pile of old tires. , 34 are used to grab one old tire from its periphery and carry it onto the tire support surface S formed by both table half members 283 of the working hand 28m attached to the tip of the opening/closing arm.

As shown in FIG. 5B, the wheel h is pressed from above from the drum open end side of the wheel h, and the disk side rim portion on the lower surface side thereof is held in a state in which it enters the hole G. Open/close arm 2 in this state.
4 is hydraulically driven in the direction of closing, the tapered edge 284 of the leading edge of the table facing the hole G is inserted into the gap between the disk side rim of the wheel h and the tire bead, as shown in Fig. 2C. Then, the wheel h is moored to the support surface S on the hole G by the elastic action of the tire t. After this, each opening/closing claw part 32, 34 is opened and the position is changed, and the rim part of the drum opening/closing end side of the wheel h is grabbed from the outside with each claw part.
As it is, the opening/closing claws 32, 34 are strongly closed by hydraulic pressure. As a result, the drum open end side of the wheel h is pushed inward at four points around the periphery as shown in Figure 5D, and the rim portion of the drum open end side of the wheel h has a reduced diameter as shown in the right side of Figure 6A. transformed into. From this state, either lower the claws 32 and 34 with them closed and push the wheel h from above, or hold the tire t from the outside with the opening and closing claws 32 and 34 and pull it again as shown in FIG. 5A. By raising the tire, the wheel h separates from the tire t, and only the wheel h falls down from the hole G. This tire t is carried to a predetermined location while being gripped by the opening/closing work tool 30. Further, the dropped wheel h may be later picked up by the opening/closing work tool 30 and carried out to a predetermined accumulation location.

We are prepared. Moreover, by making it possible to attach a plurality of pairs of work hands at the same time or to attach one pair movably, it is possible to adjust the pressing force when closing the opening/closing arm depending on the attachment position of the work hands. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently disassemble an automobile engine or the like in which dissimilar metal parts coexist, and to easily separate and recover specific metals, and the safety and efficiency of the work are significantly improved.

This work can be done remotely using a hydraulically operated opening/closing work tool, which not only allows the work to be done safely and efficiently without directly touching dirty old tires, but also because it does not apply large amounts of force to the tires. Since it does not cause deformation, the tires will not be damaged.
At the same time, it is also possible to effectively utilize the recycled tires as a resource.
