付オイルシールのシールリツプ2の背部および補
強環5の間に形成される環状空間に相当する形状
を備えた環状突起12に、補強環5のフランジ6
側を外挿するとともに、オイルシール部成形用材
料片14を環状突起12の内側に、ダイアフラム
部成形用材料片15をダイアフラム部成形面上
に、それぞれ、載置し、次いで、第1の成形型1
0および第2の成形型11を加圧・加熱してオイ
ルシール部1およびダイアフラム部3を成形・加
硫するとともに、補強環5と接着させるものであ
る。

の間に進入して補強環5を第2の成形型11側へ
押し上げ、反対側の端縁7を該端縁7と対向する
第2の成形型11のキヤビテイ頂面17に密接さ
せるために、オイルシール部成形用材料の余材
が、補強環5および環状突起12の嵌合〓間を通
つて押し出され、実機への装着時において、密封
対象液に浸漬されるダイアフラム部の表面部分
