They discovered that cork is suitable as this granular material, that talc powder is most suitable as a sliding material, and that it is very effective to use wax as a means of fixing talc powder to this granular cork. They discovered that coatings can be obtained.

In particular, branched chain hydrocarbons with an average carbon number of about 35 to 50 and naphdenic hydrocarbons, which are commercially available as microcrystalline wax, have a molecular weight of 50.
A mixture of about 0 to 700 saturated hydrocarbons can be suitably used.

When talc powder is added at 0°C and the temperature is lowered to room temperature while stirring, a granular artificial lubricant with a bamboo-like appearance is created.

状態になってしまうのである。In the present invention, the particle size of the granular cork is limited to 1 to 5 mm because if the particle size of the granular cork is smaller than 1 mm, wax impregnation will be reduced, making it difficult for the talc powder to coat, making it a good slippery material. This is not the case. On the other hand, if the cork is large, with a particle size of more than 5 mm, the artificial lubricant will be too large and lack smoothness, and when stacked on a slope, there will be a large number of voids, resulting in an unstable state where it is easy to move.

It was determined that a diameter of about mm is most suitable.

If the amount of wax is less than 400 parts by weight, the talc powder will not be properly fixed and slippage will be poor.On the other hand, if the amount of wax exceeds 400 parts by weight, the wax will bind the granular cork together and form large balls, causing the granular lubrication to become difficult. It cannot be used as wood.

If it is less than 0 parts by weight, there will be insufficient talc powder and the coating will be incomplete and difficult to slip.
If it exceeds 0.00 parts by weight, there is too much talc to absorb the wax and even the wax coating the granular cork will peel off, making it impossible to use it as an artificial lubricant.

This prevents the talcum powder that adheres to and coats the surface of the wax from falling off the lubricant.

When stacked on a slope and skied, it curves,
When operating the brakes, etc., the effect is almost the same as that of snow.

It is also extremely economical.

1,500g of granular cork (manufactured by Nippon Cork Co., Ltd.) was added and mixed, and when the temperature was lowered to about 60°C while stirring, 13kg of talc powder (talc MS-P, manufactured by Nippon Talc Co., Ltd.) was added and mixed while stirring. When the temperature was lowered to room temperature, a bamboo-shaped artificial lubricant was obtained in which talc powder was firmly coated on the outer periphery of granular cork via wax.
