Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 支持部材に固定される筒状で厚肉なアルミニウ
    ム合金製の内輪基体の外周面の少なくとも軸方向
    両端部に、外周面を真円に仕上げ加工した仕上げ
    加工部が形成され、 この内輪基体の仕上げ加工部の外周面に、極薄
    鋼板材の絞り加工によつて作られ外周面を硬化処
    理した極薄鋼板製スリーブが軸方向に沿つて圧入
    嵌合され、 その圧入嵌合によつて、前記極薄鋼板製スリー
    ブの内周面を前記内輪基体の仕上げ加工部の外周
    面に密着させることで、極薄鋼板製スリーブの外
    径精度を前記仕上げ加工部の外径精度に依存させ
    てあり、 この極薄鋼板製スリーブの外周面上に、回動部
    材に固定される筒状シエルによつて保持された複
    数のニードルローラを転動自在に配列してなる転
    がり軸受装置において、 前記極薄鋼板材の絞り加工による極薄鋼板製ス
    リーブが、軸方向一端部に径方向内側に向かう鍔
    部を一体的に有するものに形成され、 この鍔部の外側面が硬化処理されているととも
    に、 この鍔部の内側面が前記アルミニウム合金製内
    輪基体の軸方向外端面に当接されていることを特
    徴とする転がり軸受装置。
