第3のコアブロツクと第4のコアブロツクとの間
にはギヤツプとなる第2の部分を形成し、第2の
コアブロツクと第3のコアブロツクとの間にはダ
ミーブロツクを挟むようにして第1乃至第4のコ
アブロツクとダミーブロツクとを接合する第1の
工程と、
第1及び第4のコアブロツクと、ダミーブロツ
クの第2と第3のコアブロツクにそれぞれ近い側
に、前記した接合の面に沿つて同一側からそれぞ
れ巻線溝を形成する第2の工程とを有し、
前記ギヤツプとなる第1の部分と第2の部分に
それぞれ沿つた各面と交わり、かつ前記巻線溝を
含むように、第1乃至第4のコアブロツク及びダ
ミーブロツクを複数箇所に亘り平行にスライスす
る工程と、
ダミーブロツクに設けられた2個の巻線溝が互
いに分離されるようにダミーブロツクを切断する
工程とを含み、
チツプを形成するようにしたことを特徴とする
