The connection between a synthetic resin tank body and a tube plate, which are widely used as heat exchangers for automobiles, has generally been constructed by interposing an O-ring between the two and caulking the peripheral edge. There has also been a proposal to directly join the hem of the synthetic resin tank body and the groove on the periphery of the tube plate with an adhesive without using such an O-ring. However, if a synthetic resin tank and tube plate are bonded together using adhesive, if a poor bond is discovered later, or if part of the bond peels off during use, the tank and tube plate must be disassembled. It was difficult to repair the defective parts.

That is, a small flange-shaped hem portion 1 is integrally formed to project from the outer edge of the opening of the tank body 3 made of synthetic resin. At the same time, a groove-shaped adhesive reservoir 2 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hem 1. Next, a groove 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the tube plate 6, and a tank body 3 is formed in the groove 4.
It is constructed so that the hem portion 1 of the sleeve fits into the sleeve. In addition, a plurality of adhesive replenishment holes 5 are formed at a distance from each other in the outer wall of the groove 4 so as to communicate with the adhesive reservoir 2 in the fitted state. Therefore, according to this bonding structure, after bonding the tank body 3 and the tube plate 6, it is possible to repair the defective bonded portion through the adhesive replenishment hole 5.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing the main parts of the joint structure of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional assembled perspective view of the same structure.
In this embodiment, the tank body 3 is made of a molded body of a synthetic resin material such as 6-6 nylon, and its skirt 1 is formed to project outward in the form of a small flange. An adhesive reservoir 2 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the hem 1 as shown in FIG. At the same time, one inner surface of the adhesive reservoir 2 has a tooth-shaped shape, and a locking portion 12 is formed in the recess. Next, the tube plate 6 has a groove 4 formed at its peripheral edge, and is configured such that the groove 4 fits into the hem 1 of the tank body 3. At the same time, engaging portions 13 are provided on the side wall of the groove portion 4 at appropriate intervals, and each engaging portion 13 is configured to align with the locking portion 12 of the tank body 3. Each engaging portion 13 is provided with an adhesive replenishment hole 5.

Therefore, first, adhesive 10 is applied inside the groove 4 of the tube plate 6, and the hem 1 of the tank body 3 is fitted into the groove 4 of the tube plate 6. Then,
The engaging portion 13 is fitted into the locking portion 12, and the tank body 3 and tube plate 6 are fixed to prevent them from coming off. Then, both are liquid-tightly fixed via the adhesive 10, and the excess adhesive 10 enters into the adhesive reservoir 2 of the hem 1. If there is a defect in the joint between the tank body 3 and the tube plate 6 thus joined, the repair adhesive 11 is filled through the adhesive replenishment hole 5 as shown in FIG. Then, this may be introduced into the gap between the outer periphery of the hem portion 1 and the groove portion 4, and the two may be joined together again.

Next, FIG. 3 is a sectional view of a main part of a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a large number of caulking parts 9 are provided protrudingly on the upper edge of the tube plate 6, and by bending them as shown in the figure, the tube plate 6 can be

In the joint structure of the present invention, an adhesive replenishment hole 5 is bored in the outer wall of the tube plate 6 at a position communicating with the adhesive reservoir 2 of the tank body 3, so that the tank body 3 and the tube plate 6 can be connected to each other. Poor adhesion can be easily repaired. That is, the repair adhesive 11 is supplied from the adhesive replenishment hole 5 to the adhesive reservoir 2.
By filling the gap between the tube plate 6 and the tank body 3 through the adhesive reservoir 2, it is possible to reliably join the gap between the tube plate 6 and the tank body 3 and repair the leaking part of the tank.
