【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、高粘度ワニスの吐出装置に関する。 従来、電気機器コイルの滴下含浸を行う手段と
して、チユーブしごき方式によるもの、ギヤーポ
ンプ方式によるもの、シリンダー方式によるも
の、或はこれらに加圧タンクを組合せたものが採
用されている。しかしながら、何れの手段も低粘
度ワニスの吐出或は大量のワニスの吐出には適し
ているが、ワニスの粘度が高い場合や吐出量が少
ない場合は、吐出精度の低下を招き、所定のワニ
ス含浸処理を行うことができなかつた。また、加
圧タンクを併用するものでは、高粘度ワニスの吐
出能力が優れているが、タンク内にワニスを補給
する際には、ワニス含浸処理を一旦中断し、空気
等による加圧を解消しなければならない。その結
果、生産性を低下する問題があつた。 本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、所望のワニス連続滴下を可能にして、生産性
を向上させることができる高粘度ワニスの吐出装
置を提供するものである。 以下、本発明の実施例について図面を参照して
説明する。 図は、本発明の一実施例の概略構成を示す説明
図である。図中1は、25℃における粘度が5ポア
ズ以上の高粘度ワニス2を満したワニスタンクで
ある。ワニスタンク1の上方には、ワニス循環ル
ープ3がその入口部3aと出口部3bをワニ2中
に浸漬するようにして設けられている。ワニス循
環ループ3には、ギヤポンプ4が取付けられてい
る。ワニス循環ループ3の出口部3bの近傍に
は、流量調節バルブ5が取付けられている。流量
調節バルブ5とギヤポンプ4間のワニス循環ルー
プ3の部分には、バイパスチユーブ6が分岐する
ようにして接続されている。バイパスチユーブ6
は、チユーブしごきポンプ7を経てから2本に分
岐し、夫々の先端部には吐出ノズル8が取付けら
れている。吐出ノズル8は、被処理体である例え
ば電気機器コイル9のコイル端部の上方に位置付
けられるようになつている。 このように構成された高粘度ワニスの吐出装置
10によれば、先ず、ギヤポンプ4を駆動してワ
ニス循環ループ3とワニスタンク1間にワニス1
を循環させる。このときワニス2の一部は、バイ
パスチユーブ6を通りチユーブしごきポンプ7で
しごかれた後、吐出ノズル8に供給される。ワニ
ス循環ループ3を流れるワニス2の量は、流量調
節バルブ5により調節され、適度に加圧された状
態でワニス2がチユーブしごきポンプ7側に供給
される。次いで、チユーブしごきポンプ7が駆動

の調合、ワニスタンク1への供給を行ない、吐出
ノズル8からの連続滴下を行うことができる。更
