(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, this type of balloon-equipped endoscopic catheter has a plurality of lumens 10 inside, as shown in FIG.
1, 102... A balloon 200 is attached to the tip of the catheter body 100 so as to cover the tip, and an endoscope, laser fiber (not shown), etc. is inserted into the lumens 101, 102... Previously, the balloon 200 was inflated within a blood vessel to secure a field of view, and while checking with an endoscope, a laser beam or the like was irradiated from within the balloon 200 to the affected area, such as a lesion, for treatment. Since the balloon 200 was used to irradiate the patient through the laser beam, the laser effect was halved by the balloon 200, making it impossible to improve the treatment.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the catheter body 30
There is one in which a balloon 400 is attached to the outer peripheral tip part 301 of the body 300, and the tip surface 302 of the main body 300 is open, but this allows the irradiation of laser beams etc. to be directly irradiated onto the affected area without anything blocking the irradiation. Since the endoscope part is exposed, it is difficult to secure a field of view and accurate diagnosis cannot be performed, and as a result, reliable irradiation with laser beams or the like cannot be performed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to secure a field of view while using an endoscope. The object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic catheter with a balloon that allows effective treatment, and to improve accurate observation, diagnosis, and treatment within blood vessels.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The technical means of the present invention to achieve the above object is to have a plurality of lumens inside the catheter body, and to connect any one of these lumens to the catheter body. A transparent catheter is formed by protruding from the tip of the catheter body to form a guide part, opening the open end of the guide part, sealing one end to the outer peripheral surface of the guide part, and sealing the other end to the outer peripheral surface of the catheter body. The reason is that a balloon made of an elastic material is provided.

(Operation) By the technical means described above, an endoscope and necessary tools are inserted into each lumen, and among these tools,
For example, tools for treating affected areas such as lesions within blood vessels,
The catheter body is inserted into a lumen having a guide section provided at the distal end of the catheter body, which communicates with the lumen.

After inserting these endoscopes, etc., they are inserted into the blood vessel, and when the balloon is inflated by injecting physiological saline etc. from the outside into the required lumen near the affected area such as a lesion, the balloon touches the inner wall of the blood vessel. The affected area can be treated directly from the guide part, which is placed in contact with the guide part, which secures a field of view when using the endoscope, and has an open end at the tip of the balloon.

The balloon inflated at the tip of the catheter body comes into contact with the inner wall of the blood vessel, ensuring a field of view when using an endoscope, and the open end of the guide portion protrudes from the tip of the catheter body in connection with an arbitrary lumen. is positioned outside the balloon, so tools inserted into the lumen and facing the open end of the guide section directly approach the affected area, such as a lesion within the blood vessel, without going through the balloon. In other words, while checking the affected area with an endoscope,
It is very convenient and useful because not only can police and diagnosis be carried out accurately, but also the therapeutic effect can be improved and affected areas such as intravascular lesions can be treated effectively.
