<Conventional technology and problems> Conventionally, there have been no balloons of this type. Therefore, an endoscope is inserted into a blood vessel or organ, the light guide at the tip illuminates the inside, and affected areas such as bleeding sites and lesions are observed and diagnosed through an objective lens. Treatment was carried out by inserting an optical fiber through the hole where the laser beam is inserted and irradiating the affected area with a laser beam, but because the light guide, objective lens, or optical fiber at the tip is exposed, secretions and blood may be inside the body. There was a risk that the foreign matter would adhere and become contaminated, making it difficult to see the affected area or that irradiation would not be sufficient, and that these things would adhere and corrode and prevent the device from functioning properly.

Furthermore, when inserting into a blood vessel, a stopper member (disposable blood vessel tube, catheter) to stop the blood flow is used separately from the endoscope insertion point.
In order to insert the tube, one or two incisions were made in the blood vessel.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and the main body is made of a transparent stretchable thin film, and a stretchable and inflatable inflatable part is attached to the end of the fixed part in the same body. The diameter of the fixed part is larger than that of the inflatable part, and the fixed part is attached to the distal end of the endoscope.

<Example> To explain an example of the implementation of the present invention with reference to the drawings, the main body A is a transparent elastic thin film made of natural rubber or silicone rubber with a film thickness of about 0.10 to 0.40 mm. The inflatable part 2 is formed in the same body, the diameter Y of the fixing part 1 is set larger than the diameter X of the inflatable part 2, and the main body A is attached to the distal end part b of the endoscope B.

Fixed part 1 has one end open and has an inner diameter Y of 1.0.
The endoscope is approximately cylindrical in shape with a diameter of ~17.0 mm, and an inflatable part 2 with a smaller diameter is provided on the other end, and the distal end b of the endoscope is inserted into the fixing part 1 from the open part, and the operation is performed. It is fixed to the tip b by any means such as tying it with thread or applying adhesive.

The inflatable part 2 is stretchable and inflatable, and when the main body A is covered and fixed to the distal end b of the endoscope B, it protrudes from the distal end and is inserted through the channel of the endoscope or the air and water supply port. It expands to an appropriate size by injecting saline, and the diameter X before expansion is approximately 0.9 to 15.3 mm, which is smaller than the diameter Y of the fixed part 1, and is suitable for diagnosis and treatment. Use the appropriate size depending on the location. This expansion part 2 is expanded by injecting physiological saline to further improve transparency and also improve the transmission of laser beams such as YAG laser, argon laser, and argon dye laser. Moreover, this bulge presses a bleeding site or lesion, widens a stenotic part, or comes into close contact with the inner surface of a blood vessel to stop the flow of blood. The inflatable part 2 may be formed into a spherical shape as shown in the figure, or a constricted part 4 which is thicker than the fixed part and the inflatable part may be provided between the inflatable part 2 and the fixed part 1, or the top of the inflatable part 2 may be formed into a spherical shape. It is optional to make the surface a little thicker or to provide a tear-preventing film.

In the case of a thin film of natural rubber, 0.7 to 1.5 parts by weight of a powder vulcanizing agent, 0.2 to 0.5 parts by weight of a powder vulcanization accelerator, 0.5 to 1.0 parts by weight of a vulcanization accelerator, per 100 parts by weight of the rubber content of natural rubber Terrax. In a solution containing 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of anti-aging agent, a production mold having the same shape as body A, that is, the part that will become the fixed part is made larger in diameter than the part that will become the expanding part, is immersed with the expanding part facing downward. After that, the mold is pulled out, natural rubber is attached to the mold, and it is dried so that the thickness of the film is increased so that the fixing part 1 and the expanding part 2 are one and the same.
It is a transparent elastic thin film of 0.15 to 0.25 mm.

<Effects> In the present invention, an inflatable part is formed in the same body at the tip of the fixing part using a transparent stretchable thin film of the main body, and the inner diameter of the fixing part is made larger than the inner diameter of the inflatable part. It is easy to insert when attached to the distal end of the endoscope.

In addition, by mounting and covering the light guide, objective lens, optical fiber, etc. in this way, the light guide, objective lens, optical fiber, etc. are protected and can fully perform their functions without getting blood or secretions attached. When physiological saline is injected through the channel or air/water supply port, the inflatable part can be easily inflated, and by inflating this, a predetermined space is created, which widens the field of view and enables observation, diagnosis, or treatment of the affected area. This can be done easily and reliably.

Therefore, it is highly effective for blood vessels, but it is also useful for organs. For example, it can be used to diagnose lesions such as thrombotic disease, treat lesions by irradiating them with laser beams, or treat lesions of esophageal varices or It is possible to suppress bleeding by compressing lesions in the stomach or duodenal intestine, to stop the bleeding, or to dilate and treat narrowed areas.

Furthermore, within the blood vessel, the expansion portion comes into close contact with the inner surface of the blood vessel and the flow of blood can be stopped, so there is no need to make an incision at another location and no need for a stopper member as in the conventional art.

Other treatments include irradiating the affected areas of each organ with laser beams such as YAG laser, argon laser, and argon dye laser that pass through optical fibers to stop bleeding and cauterize lesions, and injecting medicinal solutions into the affected areas. It can also be administered with medication, which could help provide new treatments.
