Most of the molds use hard, solid molds made of plastic materials such as polycarbonate and PVC plates, and metal materials such as stainless steel and gun metal, and some use silicone rubber, which has some elasticity, for prototyping. Chiyocolate was manufactured using solid molds.

能であつた。 If a single mold is used in this way, the product will be a relief-like product or a semi-solid product, and in order to make a three-dimensional product, a method using a combination mold that combines the single molds is required. However, in the combined mold method, thiokolate is poured into each single mold, cooled for an appropriate period of time, and after the thiokolate has solidified to some extent on the inner surface of the mold, the molten thiyocolate is poured out of the mold.
After that, the individual single molds are completely cooled and solidified, making it impossible to mold them into arbitrary wall thicknesses and inner shapes. In addition, in the method of setting the mating mold on a spinner and molding the die by centrifugal force, the wall thickness can be determined by calculation, but the product must be completely hollow in shape, and must have a reverse taper or It has been impossible to arbitrarily vary the wall thickness and to manufacture products with patterns on the inner surface.

Thin elastic mold A is made of an elastic material with high elasticity, such as natural rubber latex or synthetic rubber such as silicone rubber, urethane rubber, butadiene rubber, etc., and is made into a thin plate using the same mold as the product B to be manufactured. A gap b having the thickness of product B is formed between the inner molded wall a 1 and the outer molded wall a 2 by thermal deformation processing of the elastic body or dipping method of liquid elastic material. The inner molded wall a1 forms the inner surface of the product B, which has a hollow shape or a three-dimensional container shape, and is formed into an inverted container shape with an open bottom surface and a closed top surface, and the wall a1 has unevenness. It is possible to configure any three-dimensional pattern such as a shape, wave pattern, pattern, etc., and the outer molded wall A2 forms the outer surface of the product B, and the outer periphery of the inner molded wall A1. The upper part thereof is located above the upper surface closed part of the molded wall a 1 and has a filling opening 1 for filling the thiokolate material B', and an expanding piece 2 is provided on the outer peripheral edge thereof. This wall a 2 also has an arbitrary three-dimensional pattern such as an uneven pattern, and the lower ends of both walls a 1 and a 2 are connected,
A gap b having the thickness of the product B is provided between the walls a 1 and a 2 .

Pour the thiokolate material B' into the gap b using a piping bag or depositor, pour it to a position above the upper surface of the inner molded wall A1 to fill the gap B, and then store it in a refrigerator or cleaning tunnel for a predetermined period of time. The mixture is cooled in a freezer such as a freezer to completely solidify the thiokolate material B′.

However, if the shape makes it difficult to simply pull out, for example, if the filling port side, which is the bottom of product B, has a smaller diameter than other parts, or if the top end of the product is bent or curved inward. In such a case, the filling port 1 can be expanded by pulling the expansion piece 2 to take it out, or alternatively, the inner molded wall a 1 can also be pulled downward from the open bottom part of the inner molded wall a 1 before being taken out. It is something that can be done. Although not particularly limited in the present invention, as an example, the filling port 1 is expanded by pulling the mold support plate fixed to the expansion piece 2 from side to side, and the tyokolate suction pad X and the mold Y are opened. After adsorbing and holding the product B and the molding wall A 1 respectively using Pour B′ and repeat this process. This thin-walled elastic molding can be repeated until fatigue failure occurs within the elastic limit.

の製作が可能となる。<Effects of the Invention> The present invention uses a stretchable thin-walled elastic mold having a predetermined gap corresponding to the thickness of the product between an inner molded wall and an outer molded wall, and fills the gap from the upper filling port. By pouring the Chiyocolate material, filling it in a predetermined amount, cooling and solidifying it, and then removing it from the mold, it is possible to create arbitrary shapes with three-dimensional patterns such as unevenness on the inner or outer surface, which was impossible with conventional methods. It is possible to produce Chiyokolate products of 1,000 yen, as well as hollow three-dimensional Chiyokolate products with arbitrary wall thickness.
