Claims (1)
- 平行に配置された一対のレールと、これらレー
ルを基板の搬送方向に対して直交する方向に相対
移動させるレール間隔調整機構と、これらレール
の間に配置され、レール上の基板を推進させる基
板推進手段とを備える板体搬送装置において、前
記レール間隔調整機構に連動してレールの相対移
動距離の半分の距離だけ基板推進手段を基板の搬
送方向と直交する方向にレールに対して相対移動
させる基板推進手段位置調整機構を備えることを
特徴とする板体搬送装置。
