制する位置規制手段と、 車体フレームに回動可能に設けられ、ハンドル
部材を押圧しこのハンドル部材を位置規制手段に
当接させ、通常の支持位置に固定する規制位置と
、ハンドル部材に対する押圧を解除してこのハン
ドル部材を回動可能にする解除位置との間を移動
するロツク手段と、 ロツク手段に設けられ、外力を受けてロツク手
段を解除位置に回動させる解除操作部と を備えことを特徴とする小型車両のハンドル装置
