A storage bag for two-wave mixing has been proposed in which the materials are temporarily fused together so that they can be peeled off by fusion, and when used, the temporary fused portion is peeled off to mix two liquid materials while allowing them to flow through each other.

If the bonding surface is sloped or vertical, the bonding agent may run down or become uneven until it hardens, causing the bonding agent to break, and the bonding may not be performed reliably. There's a problem.

Many impregnation methods have been proposed, in which an impregnating material such as a sponge is impregnated with a mixture of bonding agents, and the impregnated material is wrapped or inserted into the bonding surface of a structure for bonding.

After mixing two liquids with different components, such as a bonding agent, the impregnating material is impregnated with the bonding agent mixture and can be taken out, simplifying work and improving ease of handling. The purpose is to provide bags.

The impregnating material, such as a sponge, to be impregnated with the bonding agent mixture obtained by mixing the material consisting of the above two liquids is defined by the first and second removable or peelable partitions. Each liquid is stored separately in a synthetic resin storage bag, and when used, the first partition is removed or peeled off to mix the two liquid materials, and the mixed liquid is mixed with the second partition by removing or peeling off. The present invention is characterized in that the impregnating material is impregnated with the impregnating material.

A removable or peelable first
.. Since each liquid was housed separately in a synthetic resin storage bag defined by the second partition, when used, the first partition separating the two liquids with different components such as the base resin and the curing agent must be removed or peeled off. By doing so, it becomes possible to circulate and mix the two liquids. After thorough mixing by hand kneading, remove or peel off the second partition between the impregnating material containing the sponge, etc., and allow the fluid binder mixture to soak into the impregnating material. It becomes possible to incorporate it. Therefore, by repeating the hand-kneading operation again, the fluid binder mixture is thoroughly soaked into the impregnating material, and then the storage bag is cut out and taken out, and wrapped or clamped around the desired joint. Structures are joined using the impregnation method.

Therefore, it is possible to perform bonding using a reliable impregnation method.

することにより、構造物の接合作業が簡素化される。As explained above, the storage bag for structure bonding material according to the present invention is produced by mixing a material consisting of two liquids, such as a base agent and a curing agent, measured according to a predetermined mixing ratio, and the two liquids. The impregnating material such as a sponge to be impregnated with the bonding agent mixture is stored separately in a synthetic resin storage bag with a removable or peelable partition at both bottoms, so that the main agent and hardening agent are separated during use. By removing or peeling off the first partition that separates the materials consisting of two liquids with different components, the two liquids are circulated and mixed, and after thorough mixing is achieved by hand kneading, By removing or peeling off the second partition, it becomes possible to allow the mixed fluid binder to soak into the impregnating material in the storage bag before opening. Therefore, after sufficiently permeating the impregnating material with a mixture of the two liquids, the storage bag is opened and taken out, and the structure is joined by wrapping or clamping it around the desired joint. Simplified.

できる。In addition, the bonding material storage bag contains materials consisting of two liquids with different components that have been measured in advance according to a predetermined mixing ratio, so the mixing ratio is constant and uniform bonding is maintained. In addition, it is hygienic because hands and clothes are not soiled when mixing the two liquids and impregnating the binder mixture into the impregnating material, and work efficiency can be improved.
