ザ出力光、6はレーザ反射光、7は鏡、8は供試
体、9は受信アンテナ、10は人工衛生モデル、
11はモデルタワー2、12は電源ユニツト、1
3は接続ケーブル、14は電源ケーブル、15は
回転台1、16は回転台2、17はマイクロスト
リツプアンテナ、18は同軸コネクタ、19はフ
オトカプラ、20はラインパターン、21は光フ
アイバ端子、22はパターン素子、23は電波、
24は光フアイバケーブル、25はレーザ光発振
