図において、１はレーザ光発振器、２は治具、

ザ出力光、６はレーザ反射光、７は鏡、８は供試
体、９は受信アンテナ、１０は人工衛星モデル、
１１はモデルタワー２、１２は電源ユニツト、１
３は接続ケーブル、１４は電源ケーブル、１５は
回転台１、１６は回転台２、１７は同軸導波管変
