Claims (1)
塵濃度測定用の発光器及び受光部の各間を、発光
器から照射された光線が通過可能なピンホールを
設けた仕切壁で仕切り、且つ、これ等各仕切壁の
ピンホールには上記通路に向けてパージ用エアー
を常時定量供給して除塵を行い、また、このパー
ジ用エアーの供給量を設定時間毎に増大して強力
な除塵を行うように構成した粉塵濃度測定装置に
於いて、 上記受光器が受光した光量に従つて粉塵の濃度
測定を行う測定部に、上記パージ用エアーの供給
量が増大されている間、測定部による濃度測定を
自動的に中断させる測定停止装置を接続したこと
を特徴とする粉塵濃度測定装置。 (2) 前記の測定停止装置が、パージ用エアーの
供給量が増大されている間、測定部の各測定用回
路の動作を一時的に停止させる停止回路であるこ
とを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の粉塵濃度測定装
置。 (3) 前記の測定停止装置が、測定部によつて測
定される粉塵濃度の測定値を、パージ用エアーの
供給量が増大される以前の値に一時的にホールド
するホールド回路であることを特徴とする請求項
(1)記載の粉塵濃度測定装置。 (4) 前記の測定停止装置が、パージ用エアーの
供給量が増大されている間、測定部に設けた警報
表示装置の作動を一時的に停止させる警報表示停
