DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field of the Invention] The present invention provides a buckle member having a box-like overall shape and having guide passages at the top and bottom, and a buckle member that is inserted into the guide passage and locked from both the front and back sides. To provide a binding band device made of synthetic resin that combines a band member with a band member, in which both sides of the band member can be used, binding and unbinding can be performed in any direction, and operation is easy especially when miniaturized. The present invention provides a band device that can perform the following functions.

As shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-40941, this binding band device combines a buckle member having two passages formed above and below and a band member to form a loop to bundle electric wires, etc. A locking piece having a locking protrusion that swingably projects inside the buckle member is extended, and the free end protruding outward from the buckle member is manipulated as necessary to bend the locking piece. The engagement between the locking protrusion of the locking piece and the locking protrusion provided on the band member can be released.

Certainly, this band device is advantageous in that it can be tied and untied freely, and that the band member can be formed continuously and then cut to a required length for use.

However, as a means for releasing the binding of this band device, a free end is formed continuously to the locking piece, and this free end is made to protrude outward from the buckle member to form a protrusion of the locking piece formed on the buckle member. Since the buckle member is configured to disengage from the recessed portion of the band member, there is a problem that the free end projecting outward from the buckle member may come into contact with something and come off.

In addition, the band member used in this band device has a concave portion formed on one side, and the locking protrusion of the locking piece provided inside the buckle member is engaged with the concave portion, so that the band member has no visible surface. There is a directionality on the back side, so when using this band device, it is necessary to check the direction of the band member.
The drawback was that the workability was poor. In particular, since the buckle member uses a fixed locking protrusion and a movable locking protrusion in combination, it is necessary to check the direction of the binding and the direction in which the band body is extended.

Furthermore, since the locking piece is extended outward from the buckle member to form a free end in order to release the engagement between the buckle member and the band member, the locking piece is molded quite hard. However, the operation of inserting the band member into the buckle member cannot be carried out smoothly, and the operability is quite poor especially in large band devices. In addition, in miniaturized devices, the free end of the locking protrusion is inserted into the band member. It is extremely difficult to release the mesh due to the heavy, tight fit.

The present invention solves the disadvantages of the conventional band devices, such as easy disengagement, poor binding workability, and the need to confirm the directionality of the front and back sides of the band member and buckle member during binding work. In addition, it is an object of this invention to eliminate various drawbacks such as poor workability due to the free end of the locking projection being extended along the band member.

FIG. 8 is a sectional view showing the binding state of the binding band device, and when the band member 15 is inserted into the upper guide passage 9 in the direction of arrow G, the locking pawl 7 forms the bank of the groove 16. The band member 15 is pushed up by the protrusion 17a, and is inserted into the buckle member 1 while swinging in the direction of arrow H, and the claw 7b formed at the tip of the locking claw 7 is recessed. It is fitted into the groove 16 and locked. in this case,
The band member 15 is guided by both side walls of the guide groove 9, and is guided by the guide wall 18 and the claw portion 7b of the locking claw 7.
The grooves 7c provided between the two engage with each other to prevent the locking pawl 7 from moving laterally, and also to prevent it from coming off.

Since both the buckle member 1 and the band body 15 have no vertical distinction, and the buckle member 1 is configured symmetrically with the partition wall 4 as the center, the band member 15 is different from the buckle member 1.
By simply inserting the end of the buckle member 1, it is possible to fix, insert and tighten the end of the buckle member 1 regardless of whether it is front or back or upper or lower, and also to release the end of the buckle member 1 regardless of whether it is the fixed end or the inserted part.
