The second printing part 5 performs color solid printing so that the content printed with the first printing part 3 becomes difficult to be read out. A part 8 specified as a secret position in the printing is erazed with color. In order to read distinctly a character at the secret position 8, a filter absorbing effectively a wavelength of color used in color solid printing is used.
