- 表皮層４とカバーパツド層３と裏基布層５とが
積層された積層表皮材よりなるシートカバー１の
内部に発泡合成樹脂クツシヨン材２をモールド発
泡成形した表皮一体成形シートにおいて、前記シ
ートカバー１の裏基布層５がカバーパツド層３に
通気性の残された肉薄の溶融層６を介してフレー
ムラミネート加工されていることを特徴とする表
皮一体発泡シート。
