従来の技術

したプリプレグを断面非円形の外型に入れてプリ
プレグ層を強制的に外型の空洞部の形状に変形さ
せて加圧成型するために、成型時の外型との摩擦
によつてプリプレグの繊維が移動し皺が寄つたり
繊維に目開きが生じたりして硬化後の管体の表面
に凹凸ができたり、管体の強度を低下させたりす
ると共に熱硬化処理における外型とプリプレグの
熱膨脹係数が異なるため冷却時の外径の収縮によ
つてプリプレグに内部歪みが発生し曲がりの原因

発明の効果
本発明は芯金に捲着したプリプレグを断面楕円
形等の非円形の外型に入れて加圧して強制的に変
形成型するときに、プリプレグの外周面にテープ
を捲着してプリプレグが直接外型に接触しないよ
うにしたので、プリプレグ層に皺が発生して釣竿
の表面に凹凸が生じたり、プリプレグの繊維に目
開きを生じて釣竿の強度を低下したりすることが
ないと共にテープは加熱硬化時のプリプレグと外
型の熱膨脹率の違いによる膨脹が収縮によつて内
部歪みが発生することも防止し、曲がりのない非
円形の中空釣竿を簡易かつ能率良く製造できる優
