る溶銑サンプル採取用サンプラーで採取したサン
プルの斜視図である。第３図および第４図は従来
技術の溶銑サンプル採取用サンプラーの概略図を
示し、第３図のａは縦断面を、ｂはａの−線
断面図を、第４図のａは縦断面図を、ｂはａの
−線断面図をそれぞれ示す。 １……溶銑侵入口、２……溶銑侵入湯だまり、
３……サンプル成形部、４……サンプル分析面、
５……湯道、６……サンプル、ａ……湯だまり隔
壁、ｂ……金型、ｃ……上金型、ｄ……下金型、
ｅ……耐火モルタル、ｆ……紙管。

- 溶銑侵入湯だまり隔壁と金型からなる溶銑サン
プル採取用サンプラーにおいて、溶銑侵入湯だま
り隔壁に高品位セラミツクスを、金型に高純度銅
を、かつ、サンプル成形部が溶銑侵入湯だまりか
らの湯道に対して垂直になるように金型を使用す
ることを特徴とする溶銑サンプル採取用サンプラ
ー。
