Claims (1)

信号の発射に同期して音波信号を間欠的に発射す
る音波発射手段と; 上記受信器に設けた、上記光信号を受光する受
光部、および上記音波信号を受信する音波受信部
と; 上記光信号が有するコードを識別するコード識
別手段と; このコード識別手段によるコード識別に基づき
、上記受光部が受光した光信号と、上記音波受信
部が受信した音波信号の間の時間差を検出し、こ
の検出データに基づいて、カメラから発信器まで
の距離を演算する測距手段と; この測距手段によつて演算した距離データに基
づいて上記自動焦点機構を駆動させる制御手段と
; を備えたことを特徴とするカメラの合焦制御装置
。 (2) 自動焦点機構を有するカメラに設けた受信
器と、このカメラの本体と別体に構成した発信器
からなる合焦制御装置であつて、 上記発信器に設けた、特定のコード化された電
波信号を間欠的に発射する電波発射手段、および
この電波信号の発射に同期して音波信号を間欠的
に発射する音波発射手段と; 上記受信器に設けた、上記電波信号を受信する
電波受信部、および上記音波信号を受信する音波
受信部と; 上記電波信号が有するコードを識別するコード
識別手段と; このコード識別手段によるコード識別に基づき
、上記電波受信部が受信した電波信号と、上記音
波受信部が受信した音波信号の間の時間差を検出
し、この検出データに基づいて、カメラから発信
器までの距離を演算する測距手段と; この測距手段によつて演算した距離データに基
