ンの回転センサを連結して、所要の始動可能回転
となつた際に減圧作動を解除してエンジンを始動
せしめると共に、始動したエンジンの減圧機構を
減圧作動させる非常スイツチを設けて、逆転始動
したエンジンを停止可能に構成したことを特徴と
