Claims (1)
- 油槽２を器具本体に取外し可能に設け、該油槽
２に対して退避自在に対応させた感熱部３２を具
備する油温検知具と、油温検知具への電気回路に
挿入され且感熱部３２を油槽２内にセツトしたと
きに導通状態となる安全スイツチ４を具備するフ
ライヤーにおいて、安全スイツチ４をリードスイ
ツチ４１とし、支持板３１を、油槽２の上方へ張
出させるとともにその張出し部分に貫通孔３０を
形成し、貫通孔３０の外周に永久磁石１を具備さ
せ、感熱部３２を具備させた鞘管１１を前記貫通
孔３０に取外し可能に挿入固定し、該鞘管１１の
固定位置において前記永久磁石１と一致する位置
にリードスイツチ４１を内蔵させたフライヤー。
