(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when filling pre-cut food into packaging bags, there is a problem in that work efficiency is extremely low because the food is already cut and separated into small pieces. . In other words, if the food is to be cut into very small pieces, it must be weighed and stored, and if the food is packaged with cuts without losing its shape in order to increase the product value, for example, fried tofu. In cases where cuts are to be made in the material, it is very time consuming to align the cut edges of the product after it has been cut in advance, and the work must be done manually, resulting in extremely low work efficiency. Also,
There is also the problem that if the meat is cut beforehand and then seasoned and cooked, the cut ends will not come out cleanly.

After this, the food is sterilized by heating or the like. In some cases, when the packaging bag is passed through boiling water during sterilization, the food is cut after the water adhering to the bag surface is dried. In this food cutting, only the food inside the bag is cut into a predetermined shape from the outside of the packaging bag. When storing food in a packaging bag, the food should be stored with some space between the packaging bag and the packaging bag to make it easier to cut the food in the packaging bag.

The shape of the cutting blade 16 must be such that it does not damage the packaging bag 10 during cutting.
The cutting edge of the cutting blade 16 is rounded and not sharp. Although it is desirable that the thickness of the cutting blade 16 be as thin as possible, the thickness of the packaging bag may vary depending on the physical properties of the food to be cut, the sharpness of the cut end of the product, the thickness and material of the packaging bag, the pressing force of the cutting blade, etc. It is determined relatively from the condition of cutting only the food 12 without damaging it.

Further, the backing plate 14 similarly needs to not damage the packaging bag 10 during cutting, and for this purpose, it needs to absorb the pressing force of the cutting blade 10 to some extent. The elasticity of the backing plate also varies depending on the food to be cut, the material of the packaging bag, the shape of the cutting blade, etc., but the appropriate elasticity can be determined through experimentation.

In addition, in the case where several cuts are to be made as shown in Fig. 3, the cuts can be made by changing the direction of the product and cutting it multiple times.
By changing the shape of the cutting blade, it is possible to provide a wide variety of cuts. FIG. 4 shows an example of a cut when using the method of the present invention. In Fig. 4, a shows a triangular shape, b and c a small rectangular shape, d a circular shape, and e and f a special shape.

In addition, the food products that can use the above-mentioned packaging method are of course not limited to fried foods,
It can also be suitably used for paste products such as konjac, tofu, and kamaboko. Also, soba,
It is also useful for noodles such as udon, as the raw material can be stretched thinly into a flat shape and then cut into noodle strips. In other words, it is necessary for noodles, etc., to contain a certain amount of water to improve the taste, but since heat is applied during the sterilization process of soba, if the noodle strings contain more than a certain amount of water, sterilization will be difficult. There is a problem that the noodle strings stick to each other during heating. For this reason, conventionally, noodle strings were prevented from containing more than a certain amount of moisture, but according to the method of the present invention, they can be cut after the sterilization process, so it is possible to make the noodles contain the necessary moisture. It has the advantage of being able to That is, noodle ingredients such as soba and udon are kneaded and rolled out thinly and stored in a packaging bag, sealed, sterilized, and cut into noodle strips. As a result, noodle strings separated one by one are obtained.

As mentioned above, according to the packaging method of the present invention,
It is possible to completely mechanize processes that previously relied on manual labor, greatly improving work efficiency. Furthermore, since the packaging bag can be stored in its large size, it is easy to fill the food with ingredients, and because the food is cut after completing predetermined processes such as seasoning and sterilization, there is no risk of the food shifting inside the packaging bag. In addition, since the cutting is performed after these processing steps, the cut edges do not sag and can be finished neatly.
