Claims (1)
ドバツク制御され、閉止方向へ加力されている制
御弁を駆動するアクチユエータ装置であつて、ア
クチユエータシリンダの前記制御弁を開ける側の
室に連通する供給大口径、排出大口径、供給小口
径及び排出小口径の4個の電磁式2位置ポペツト
弁を設け、前記制御弁に対する指令開度と検出さ
れた実開度との偏差量が、正で所定値より大きい
ときは前記供給大口径ポペツト弁を開き、正で所
定値より小さいときは前記供給小口径ポペツト弁
のみを開き、負で絶対値が所定値より大きいとき
は前記排出大口径ポペツト弁を開き、負で絶対値
が所定値より小さいときは前記排出小口径ポペツ
ト弁のみを開いて駆動するようにしたことを特徴
とするアクチユエータ装置。 An actuator device that is feedback-controlled by a detection signal from an actual opening degree detection device and drives a control valve that is applied in a closing direction, the actuator device communicating with a chamber on the side of the actuator cylinder that opens the control valve. An actuator device characterized in that when a valve is opened and the absolute value is negative and smaller than a predetermined value, only the small discharge poppet valve is opened and driven.
