【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案は電動式の鉛筆削器に係り、そのカツタ
ユニットの駆動機構及び切削屑収納部の構造に関
するものである。

る。斯かる従来技術の構成を簡単に説明すると、
本体内部にカツタユニットを回転可能に設け、モ
ータ及び電池を収納し、モータの回転駆動を減速
歯車にてカツタユニットに伝達し、回転するカツ
タユニットによつて鉛筆挿入口より挿入される鉛
筆の切削を行うものである。この例の場合、カツ
タユニットの回転部分によつて囲撓される部分が
デツドスペースとなり、本体一側に形成される切
削屑収納部の容積が減少する。またカツタユニッ
トの回転のため切削屑収納部の側壁とカツタユニ
ットとの間に少許の隙間が形成されるが、切削屑
が溜まり過ぎるとこの隙間に迄切削屑が入り込
み、カツタユニットがロツクして回転が止まつて
しまうという問題点があつた。

けると共に内枠体の内部にモータを配置し、且前
記ケースの底部に配設せる内歯車に噛合せるピニ
オンギアに前記モータの駆動軸を嵌合したこと特
徴とするものであり、外殻ケース内に体記カツタ
ユニットに連動して回転する内枠体を設け、該内
枠体とカツタユニットとの間に切削屑収納部を設
けたから、従来のような隙間は形成されず且切削
屑はカツタユニットと共に移動するので切削屑が
収納部に多く溜まつてもカツタユニットがロツク
して停止することはなく常に安定した切削が行え
る効果があり、また内枠体の内部にモータを配置
し、且前記ケースの底部に配設せる内歯車に噛合
せるピニオンギアに前記モータの駆動軸を嵌合し
たから、例えば実公昭37−10424号公報に記載さ
れているように内枠体の内部にモータを配置しな
いものに比して、同一収納体積の外殻ケースであ
れば本願考案の方が内歯車の径を大きくすること
ができその結果大きな減速比を得ることが可能で
あり切削力を大きくすることができるという効果
も奏するものである。
