に、 この減速ギア機構を収めるギアボツクスの中心
線上にその減速ギア機構の出力軸が配置され、か
つ、 周縁部に沿つて設けた軸受を介して前記刃の他
方の柄が当接する輪状の壁面部を有し、偏心位置
で前記出力軸と連結されて回転しながらその柄を
押動する回転体を備えたことを特徴とする電動ニ
