型の略上半部にNiメッキまたはNi合金メッキ層を施
し、一方同じく鋳型本体の表面上であって鋳型の略下半
部にはNi−Cr系合金の溶射層とこれらの溶射層の表
層にNi系溶射層またはNi系合金溶射層が施され、且
つ前記略上半部のNiメッキまたはNi合金メッキ層の
硬度より略下半部のNi系溶射層またはNi系合金溶射
層の硬度が大となっていることを特徴とする連続鋳造用
鋳型。 2、Niメッキ層を、NiとCo、Mn、Fe、B、W
、Pのいずれか1種以上の合金メッキ層としたことを特
徴とする請求項1に記載の連続鋳造用鋳型。 3、Niメッキ層若しくはNi合金メッキ層及びNi−
Cr系合金溶射層の一方又は両方が、上部から下部に向
けて順次厚肉となっていることを特徴とする請求項1若
しくは請求項2に記載の連続鋳造用鋳型。 4、銅若しくは銅合金製鋳型本体の表面上であって、鋳
型の路上部にNiメッキ層を、鋳型の略中間部にNiと
Co、Mn、Fe、B、W、Pのいずれか1種以上のN
i合金メッキ層を施し、又略下部にはNi−Cr系合金
溶射層をそれぞれ施し、Niメッキ層、Ni合金メッキ
層、Ni−Cr系合金溶射層の順で下部にいくに従って
硬度が大となっていることを特徴とする連続鋳造用鋳型
。 5、Ni−Cr系合金溶射層が上部から下部に向けて順
次厚肉となっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の
