Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish a therapy free from pain and inflammation by locating teeth between two permanent magnets facing each other, feeding a pulse current to a coil for generation of an electromagnetic field in pulse form, superposing this over a steady magnetic field from the permanent magnets, and applying this resultant field to the teeth. CONSTITUTION:A hole 2 for tooth treatment is formed in the center of the top plate 1a of a yoke 1 made from a flat plate which was folded into inverted recess form. Permanent magnets 3, 4 in square cup form are secured to the mutually mating inner surfaces of the two side-pieces 1b, 1c of this yoke 1 while coils 5, 6 for generation of pulsed magnetic field are wound around these permanent magnets 3, 4. Pulse current is fed to theser coil 5, 6 from a pulse generator 11 so as to generate pulse magnetic field. A magnetic field composed by superposing the pulses magnetic field from the coils 5, 6 over the DC magnetic field from the permanent magnets 3, 4 is applied to the teeth. Teeth treatment is conducted by inserting a therapeutic tool from the hole 2 provided in the yoke 1. When this magnetic field including constant and intense DC mag. field is applied to the teeth and gums, an induction current is generated in the gum part to exert the pain mitigating effect. Thus a therapy with less pains is made practicable.

In the above-mentioned pulsed magnetic field type magnetic therapy device, when a pulsed magnetic field acts on a living body, an electromotive force is generated within the living body, which causes an electrochemical change in the living body made of chemical substances and generates ions, which stimulate blood flow. It increases the ions in the body, changes the function of the autonomic nervous system, and improves blood circulation, so it is effective in treating diseases caused by poor blood circulation, such as stiff shoulders. However, since it is a pulsed magnetic field, the average value of the magnetic field is very low. This is because the rest period of the pulsed current is very long, whereas the pulsed current flowing through the coil has a very long resting period. t
This is because lr is always short. Example on the left:] 1 per 000m
If a pulsed current with a width of 0.1ms flows through the coil, a pulsed magnetic field of 1000 Gauss is generated.
The average magnetic field is 1/1000 Gauss. Since the actual width of the pulse current is even narrower than in the above example, the average magnetic field will be even lower. This resulted in low analgesic relief and anti-inflammatory effects, making it unsuitable as a dental electromagnetic treatment device. The technical problem of the present invention is to provide a dental electromagnetic treatment device that can be easily attached to the teeth, allows dental treatment while attached, and can improve the pain relief and anti-inflammatory effects of the teeth. do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention of B will be described based on the drawings. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the dental electromagnetic treatment device according to the present invention. FIG. 1 is a front view, FIG. 2 is a bottom view, and FIG. 3 is an I-- 1 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line. In the figure, 1 is a yoke formed by bending a flat plate made of magnetic material into an inverted concave shape, and the upper surface plate 1 of this yoke 1
A hole 2 for dental treatment is formed in the center of a. Both sides 1b of the yoke 1, 1. On the opposing inner surface of c,
Square disk-shaped permanent magnets 3 and 4 having a magnetic flux density of about 3000 Gauss are fixed to each other, and coils 5 and 6 for generating pulsed magnetic fields are wound around the outer periphery of each permanent magnet 3 and 4. The permanent magnets 3 and 4 are made of rare earth such as samarium cobalt, and are magnetized in the thickness direction. FIG. 4 is a circuit diagram of a pulse generator that supplies excitation current for exciting the coils 5 and 6. In the figure, 10 is a commercial AC power supply, 11 is an AC power supply 10
This is a half-wave voltage doubler rectifier circuit that converts the current into direct current, and is composed of a capacitor lla, a diode llb, and 11C. Reference numeral 12 denotes a discharging capacitor connected in parallel to the output side of the half-wave voltage doubler rectifier circuit 11, and a switching element 13 made of Cyrisk or the like is connected to both ends of the capacitor 12.
Coils 5 and 6 are connected in parallel via. Next, the operation of this embodiment configured as described above will be explained. First, in FIG. 4, the AC power supply 10 is converted by the half-wave voltage doubler rectifier g811 into a DC output voltage that is approximately twice the input AC voltage, and the capacitor 12 is charged with the DC output voltage. When an ignition pulse generated from an ignition circuit (not shown) is applied to the gate of the switching element 13, the switching element 12 becomes conductive, and the charge stored in the capacitor 12 is discharged through the coils 5 and 6. As a result, a pulsed current having a waveform as shown in FIG. 5 flows through the coils 5 and 6, and the coils 5 and 6 generate a pulsed electromagnetic field having a similar pulsed current waveform. As a result, in the space between the permanent magnets 3 and 4 shown in Fig. 1, a magnetic field is generated in which the DC magnetic field generated by the permanent magnets 3 and 4 is superimposed with the bus/L bus magnetic field generated by the coil 5゜6. Become. Therefore, when a dentist treats a tooth or performs analgesic treatment for a tooth, the yoke 1 is positioned between the permanent magnets 3 and 4 facing each other as shown in FIG. are attached to the teeth. In this state, a pulse current is supplied from the pulse generator 11 shown in Fig. 4 to the coils 5 and 6 to generate a pulse magnetic field. A magnetic field in which the pulsed magnetic fields of 5 and 6 are superimposed on the DC magnetic field acts on the hole 275 of the yoke 1.
) Insert the treatment equipment and treat the patient. When a magnetic field in which a pulsed magnetic field is superimposed on a constant and strong direct current magnetic field acts on the gums and gums, an induced current is generated in the gums, which causes the electrochemical action in the living body of the gums to become pale. It provides an immediate analgesic effect and provides less painful treatment. Next, we will discuss examples of efficacy and effects. (&) When used in patients with cervical dentin hypersensitivity, it was observed that the pain induced by cold stimulation disappeared (analgesic effect on the dental pulp). (1 patient with acute, 51-year-old cystic t#fa inflammation (used this) (Truly, myalgia 2 intensity and onset disappeared due to rJ, and P'i was criticized (analgesic of pulpitis) , anti-inflammatory effect). fe) Mild class 1l111! Used on patients: Tokoro,
Anesthetic effects were observed during removal of softened dentin. Such chain pain and anti-inflammatory effects are caused by the magnetic fields of coils 5 and 6 applied to the peaks, the induced current, the electrochemical action within the body, and the constant magnetic field of the permanent magnets. Part 1
The first reason is that nuclear magnetic resonance and nuclear magnetic training phenomena occur effectively.
