動型の走査光学装置において、前記往復動する光

止のために、前記保持体と前記装置本体との間に

ばね部材を設けたことを特徴とする走査光学装置

から曲面部が伸びた形状をしていることを特徴と
する請求項1に記載の走査光学装置。 (3) 前記板ばね部材の取付面は、前記装置本体

合した形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1
に記載の走査光学装置。 (5) 前記形状記憶合金は、NiTi合金である
