[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial field of application] The invention makes it extremely easy to support and transport a manual spot welding machine, and also makes it easy to set the tip of the electrode tip at a desired position easily and quickly. This article relates to a manual spot welding machine with a groove wheel.

Recently, there has been much research and development into coated metal enclosures that are constructed watertightly and airtight by seam welding (resistance welding) both rising parts (joints) of coated stainless steel to the inner and outer surfaces of structures. There is. In order to seam weld the long linear rising parts, spot welding is mainly used to temporarily fix the rising parts as a preliminary step. Furthermore, when joints formed by seam welding are seam welded together as a T-shaped joint as shown in Figure 6, especially the A and B portions of the T-shaped joint (Figure 7). When the plate thickness changes suddenly (in fact, the number of plates changes) and a step occurs, as in (see), the disc electrode of the seam welder cannot follow the shape of the step, It may become impossible to weld the stepped portion, and a gap may be formed, and spot welding is also used to repair incomplete seam welding. Although the manual spot welding machine is manufactured to be relatively compact for portability, it actually weighs about 10 kg to about 10-odd kg.

Therefore, while supporting the manual spot welding machine, you can place it at the desired position of the joint (rising part).
Setting the tip of the electrode tip requires a long period of time, is extremely difficult to position, requires considerable labor, and has the disadvantage of reducing work efficiency.

In particular, performing spot welding work for a long time using such a manual spot welding machine causes not only fatigue but also back pain. Furthermore, since the tip of the electrode tip may be set at a desired position while supporting the welding part, it may become difficult to carry out proper spot welding work. As described above, although it is portable, it is extremely difficult to easily operate manual spot welding machines.

As a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor developed the present invention, which has a pair of left and right electrode tips on the tip side, a welding machine body in the middle, and an operation part on the base side. In a manual spot welding machine, a mounting plate with a groove wheel pivotally supported is attached to the welding machine body so that the welding machine body is weightedly supported by one groove wheel, and the electrode is connected around the groove wheel. By using a manual spot welding machine with a groove wheel that allows the tip side and the operation part side to swing, the manual spot welding machine can be extremely easily supported and transported.
Furthermore, the tip of the electrode tip can be easily and quickly set at a desired position, thus solving the above-mentioned problem.

First, the groove wheel 6 of the manual spot welding machine A of the present invention is set so as to be able to roll on the joint portion C of the coated metal envelope. Immediately after seam welding, the electrode tips 4 and 4 are placed at stepped locations where the plate thickness changes rapidly, such as parts A and B of the T-shaped joint (see Fig. 7), as shown in Fig. 5. Perform spot welding work at this location, making sure that the tips are in contact with each other. Also when performing this spot welding, the groove wheel 6 is placed on the joint portion C in a rolling state. Also, the rising part
To temporarily fasten B 2 and B 2 while overlapping each other, the upper ends of both rising portions B 2 and B 2 are set so that the groove wheel 6 can roll, and after rolling them, the upper ends of both rising portions B 2 and B 2 are set at appropriate locations. Perform spot welding work.

In the present invention, a pair of left and right electrode chips 4,
4 on the tip side, the welding machine main body 1 in the middle, and the operating part on the base side, the welding machine main body 1 is supported by weight with one groove wheel 6. A manual spot welding machine with a groove wheel is provided, in which a mounting plate 5 that pivotally supports the groove wheel 6 is attached to the welding machine main body 1, and the electrode tip 4 side and the operating section side can be swung around the groove wheel 6. By doing so,
Firstly, the tip of the electrode tip 4 can be easily and quickly set at a desired position, and secondly, the manual spot welding machine can be supported and transported extremely easily.

To explain these effects in detail, first, welding machine main body 1 in the intermediate position of manual spot welding machine is
By supporting the weight with each groove wheel 6, the force to support the entire weight of the manual spot welding machine A is almost unnecessary, and the power to support the running stability of the manual spot welding machine A is slightly reduced. Because of this, there is only a minimum amount of support required to support both sides.

In this way, it is almost unnecessary to support the manual spot welding machine A, and even during long hours of work,
The work becomes extremely light, and work efficiency can be further increased, and the cause of back pain can be solved by the light work.

In addition, by making the electrode tip 4 side and the operation part side swingable around the groove wheel 6, the manual spot welding machine A can be moved by rolling the groove wheel 6 to near the desired position. Then, as shown by the solid line or chain line in FIG. 5, while the manual spot welding machine A is supported by the groove wheel 6, the welding machine main body 1 is swung around the rotation center of the groove wheel 6 as a fulcrum, and the seam is The tips of the electrode tips 4, 4 can be reliably set at the stepped portion of the welded portion (T-shaped joint portion).

This can be done in particular by reducing the weight of the manual spot welding machine A to the welding machine main body 1 in the intermediate position.
By supporting the welding machine body 1 with the groove wheel 6, the electrode tips 4, 4 on the tip side can be easily swung on the welding machine main body 1 above and below the operating section on the base side without considering the weight of the welding machine body 1. Moreover, since it does not require any weight, it has the great advantage of being extremely simple, quick, and accurate even when making delicate level adjustments to a desired position.

In addition, in the present invention, since only one groove wheel 6 is provided, the configuration can be significantly simplified, and the groove wheel 6
Since it always rolls on the upper end of the joint part C or the upper end of the rising part B2 , there is no meandering or the like, and there is no slippage, which has the great effect of making work more efficient.
