型、４……プレス上面、５ａ，５ｂ……固定キー
、６……可動キー、７……ボルト、８……取付座
、９……スプリング、１０，１１……ガイト部。
下型用ボルスタを示すもので、第１図はその要部
側断面図、第２図は第１図の矢視側面図であり
、第３，４図は従来のプレス下型用ボルスタを示
すもので、第３図はそのの側面図、第４図はその
平面図である。 １……ボルスタ、２……上面、３……プレス下

Claims (1)
- プレス下型取付け用のボルスタにおいて、同ボ
ルスタが上記プレス下型取付け面としての上面と
同上面に突設されて上記プレス下型の取付け面に
形成された溝に嵌合可能な前後方向の位置決めキ
ーと左右方向の位置決めキーとをそなえ、上記両
位置決めキーのうちのいずれか一方の位置決めキ
ーが、上記上面に固設された固定キーとして構成
され、他方の位置決めキーが、上記上面に突出量
可変に取付けられた可動キーとして形成されると
ともにその最大突出時の頂面位置が上記固定キー
の頂面位置よりも上方となるように構成されてい
ることを特徴とする、プレス下型用ボルスタ。
