上への小物部品のセツト作業に時間がかかり、サ
イクルタイムの短縮を図る上での障害となつてい
る。

ツト台車上のワークに該セツト治具の下降により
小物部品を載置して定位置に押圧固定自在とし、
更に該溶接ステーシヨンの両側に該上昇位置にお
いて該セツト台車上のワークを受取るワーク保持
装置と、小物部品をワークに溶接する溶接ロボツ
トとを設け、該セツト治具によりワークに押圧固
定される小物部品を該溶接ロボツトによりワーク
に仮付溶接自在とし、仮付溶接後ワークを該ワー
ク保持装置に保持させて該セツト台車を下降させ
ると共に該セツト治具を上昇させ、この状態で該
溶接ロボツトにより小物部品をワークに増打溶接
自在としたことを特徴とする。

ヨンBにシリンダ3により駆動されるリフタ4を
設けて、該溶接ステーシヨンBにおいて該セツト
台車1を該リフタ4により昇降自在とした。

ンA,Bの上方位置間往復動自在とし、又該セツ
ト治具6の下面に、小物部品W2の孔W2aに係合
してこれを保持するピン型のクランプ部材6a
と、小物部品W3を把持する弾性クランプ片6b1
6b1を有する1対のクランプ部材6b,6bとを
取付け、前記セツト台車1を溶接ステーシヨンB
において前記リフタ4により所定の上昇位置に上
昇させた状態で該台車1上のワークW1に該架台
5の前進と該セツト治具6の下降とで該各クラン
プ部材6a,6bに予めセツトした各小物部品
W2,W3を上方から載置せしめるようにした。

(発明の効果) 以上の如く本発明によるときは、セツト治具に

による仮付溶接を行い得られ、従来のようにワー
クの外側から内方に長手にのびてい小物部品をク
ランプする大型のクランプ装置は不要となり、又
仮付溶接後ワークをワーク保持装置に受取らせ
て、増打溶接中にセツト台車とセツト治具とを溶
接ステーシヨンからセツトステーシヨンに戻して
ワークセツト作業を行い得られ、セツト作業によ
るロスタイムが大巾に短縮され、且つ該ワーク保
持装置はワークの隅部を把持する小型のもので足
りて、これと溶接ロボツトとの干渉による溶接作
業性の悪化といつた問題も生じず、全体としてサ
イクルタイムの大巾な短縮を図ることができ、更
にセツトステーシヨンと溶接ステーシヨンとの間
のセツト台車の移動路の上方空間をセツト治具の
移動空間に活用してスペース効率を向上できる効
果を有する。

て、該架台に下面に小物部品をセツト自在のセツ
ト治具を昇降自在に吊持し、該セツト台車の該溶
接ステーシヨンにおける所定の上昇位置まで該セ
ツト台車上のワークに該セツト治具の下降により
小物部品を載置して定位置に押圧固定自在とし、
更に該溶接ステーシヨンの両側に該上昇位置にお
いて該セツト台車上のワークを受取るワーク保持
装置と、小物部品をワークに溶接する溶接ロボツ
トとを設け、該セツト治具によりワークに押圧固
定される小物部品を該溶接ロボツトによりワーク
に仮付溶接自在とし、仮付溶接後ワークを該ワー
ク保持装置に保持させた状態で該セツト台車を下
