Brick blocks are laid out vertically and horizontally in such a way that the engaging concave and convex portions of the legs of adjacent brick blocks engage with each other in one direction, and so that the adjacent blocks abut each other in the other direction. It is characterized by filling the joints formed between adjacent bricks with a joint material that solidifies but does not stick to the joints. The purpose of this is to have excellent heat insulation performance, and to make inspections and inspections easier. The object of the present invention is to provide an improved insulation construction method for a rooftop waterproof layer that is easy to repair.

Since the air circulates and cools the building frame, it is ideal for preventing hot weather, and since the air circulates in this way, there is no risk of condensation.

Leg pieces each having an engaging concave and convex portion are provided, and the blocks are arranged vertically and horizontally so that adjacent brick block leg pieces engage with each other in one direction, and so that adjacent blocks abut each other in the other direction. laid out in
A solidifying but non-adhesive joint material is filled only in the joints formed between adjacent brick blocks in one direction, and a heat insulating structure made of brick blocks is thus formed by the dry construction method. Therefore, if there is an accident with the waterproof layer, the brick blocks can be removed in order starting from the end. Inspection and repair of layers can be easily performed.

Note that an intermediate leg piece 3 is hung from the middle of the opposite opposite side edges of the block body 1, and enlarged parts 2c and 3a are provided at the bottom of each of the leg pieces 2 and 3, and the lower part of the brick block A, which will be described later, is It is designed to evenly press the cushion material and prevent damage to the waterproof layer.

In this case, by forming the cushion material E from a hard urethane foam, the heat insulation properties are further improved. Next, the brick blocks A are laid out horizontally and vertically on the cushion material E, and the engaging concave and convex portions 2a and 2b of the leg pieces 2 and 2 of adjacent brick blocks A are engaged with each other in one direction, and the engaging concave and convex portions 2b of the leg pieces 2 and 2 of adjacent brick blocks A are engaged with each other in the other direction. Match the adjacent block bodies 1 and 1,
The joints formed in one direction are filled with a joint material F that hardens but does not stick.

As such a joint material F, for example, Compliform (product name: manufactured by Nitto Boseki Co., Ltd.) is used.

Therefore, if an accident occurs in the waterproof layer, it is possible to remove the brick blocks A in order starting from the ends, and inspection and repair can be easily performed. In addition, since the engaging concave and convex portions 2a and 2b of the leg pieces 2 of adjacent brick blocks A are engaged,
There is no risk of Block A being blown away by a typhoon or the like.
