【発明の詳細な説明】
本発明は、開口部を有する容器の外周面に塩化
ビニール製のレザーシート貼り合せる方法に関す

にレザーシートを貼り合せことによつて為される
が、これを手作業によつて為す場合には、煩雑な
手間を要するばかりか、余程の熟練した作業者で
ないとしわや浮き(空気だまり)が生じ、製品の
均一化を図ることは困難であつた。又専用の貼り
合せ装置を開発して設置することになれば多大な
経済的支出は避けられず、結局自動化が行われて
いないのが実情である。そこで本発明は、既存の
プラスチツクの真空成形機を利用して、簡単且つ
合理的にレザーシートの貼り合せを行い、以つて
プラスチツクの加工産業の発展に寄与せんとする

即ち、本発明は、昇降テーブル、成形型、真空
ポンプ及びその他の構成から成る既存のプラスチ
ツクの真空成形機を利用して容器の外周面にレザ
ーシートを貼り合せるもので、前記成形型へ容器
の開口部を嵌め合せると共に、その嵌合前又は嵌
合後においてこの容器の底面を除く外側面のみに
接着剤を塗布し、一方クランプ枠にはレザーシー
トを水平に張設し、ヒーターによつて該レザーシ
ートを下方から加熱し、加熱後速やかに前記昇降
テーブルを上昇させレザーシートの突き上げ伸長
を行うと共に、前記真空ポンプを作動させ、容器
によるレザーシートの押圧と、真空ポンプの吸引
力とによつて、レザーシートを容器の外周面に貼

第2図は、本発明に用いる真空成形機の構成を
断面にて例示したもので、筒状の押し上げ棒6の
先端に昇降テーブル3を設け、その昇降テーブル
3の上面に中空状の成形型2を載置固定する。こ
れらの各部材は、図示しない昇降機構によつて所
定の間隔を昇降動するように構成されており、又
前記成形型は必要に応じて着脱可能に取り付けら
れている。成形型7には、必要個所に真空抜き孔
7が穿設されており、前記押し上げ棒6の他端に
接続された真空ポンプと連通するようになつてい
る。この真空抜き孔7はレザーシートを吸引する
ためのものであるから、被貼り合せ部材である容
器1を成形型7に嵌め合せた状態において、その
容器1の開口縁付近に複数個穿設するのが好まし
いが(第4図、第8図参照)、この容器1自体に
凹部が形成されている場合にはその凹部に対応し
た個所に穿設する必要がある。又押し上げ棒6の
筒状内部には開閉弁8が設けられており、吸引状

着するのである。そして最後の仕上げ工程とし
て、容器1に貼着したレザーシートBの前記切断
縁を切り揃えて容器1の開口縁の内側に折曲し
(第1図参照)、合成ゴム系接着剤により接着させ
ると共に、その開口縁にモール9を被せるのであ
る。(第9図参照)
以上が本発明の実施の一例であるが、容器1の
外周面に対する接着剤の塗布工程は、容器1の成

て、前記成形型へ前記開口部を有する容器を嵌め
合せると共に、その嵌合前又は嵌合後において前
記容器の外側面のみに接着剤を塗布し、一方前記
クランプ枠には塩化ビニール製のレザーシートを
水平に張設し、前記ヒーターを進出させて該レザ
ーシートを下方から加熱し、更にその加熱が終了
した後ヒーターを後退させ、その後速やかに前記
昇降テーブルを上昇させレザーシートの突き上げ
伸長を行うと共に、前記真空ポンプを作動させ、
前記容器によるレザーシートの押圧と、前記真空
ポンプの吸引力とによつて、レザーシートを容器
の外周面に貼り合せることを特徴とする貼り合せ
