Claims (1)
- ワークをパレツトに載置した状態で搬送する搬
送路の途中の作業ステーシヨンに、パレツトを搬
送方向と直交方向に傾動させてワークを傾斜姿勢
に支持すべく設ける治具装置において、パレツト
を一定レベルで搬送する左右１対のフリーフロー
型のコンベア部材の下側に治具台を設け、該治具
台上に、一側のコンベア部材の外側に配設した該
コンベア部材と平行な枢軸を中心にして上下方向
に揺動される揺動アームを設けて、該揺動アーム
にパレツトを支承する治具を該両コンベア部材の
配置間隔に臨むように取付け、該治具にパレツト
を位置決めするロケートピンを該治具の上面に出
没するように設けると共に、該治具の上面後部に
パレツトが通過するときはパレツトにより押下げ
られ通過後上方に突出する爪片を設け、更に該治
具の前部にパレツトの前端に当接してパレツトを
その後端が該爪片に当接するように押戻すクツシ
ヨン機能を持つたストツパ部材を上下動自在に設
けたことを特徴とする治具装置。
