The structure of a conventional dew pan will be explained with reference to FIG.
FIG. 1 is an overview of an air conditioner showing an example of a conventional dew pan structure, with the outer box, decorative cover, and heat exchanger removed. 1 is a base, 2 is a partition plate, and 3 is a dew pan. As shown in FIG. 1, the structure of a conventional dew pan is such that a dew pan 3a and a condensed water discharge section 3b are integrated.
A hose 6 is attached to the. The condensed water received in the dew receiving part 3a passed through the condensed water discharge part 3b and the hose 6, and was discharged to the outdoor room. In such a conventional dew pan 3, when assembled, the height of the flange of the base 1 and the distance between the partition plate 2 and the condensed water discharge part 3b
The length of the partition plate penetration part 2 is limited.
There was a drawback that the condensed water discharge part 3b was easily damaged when passing through the condensed water. Further, when molding the dew pan 3, there were also drawbacks such as the mold was large and the molding was difficult. In addition, in order to prevent the base 1 from being cooled by condensed water and dew forming on the bottom surface and dripping, it is necessary to use a hose 6 etc. that guides the base 1 to the condenser cover 7.
There were drawbacks such as poor sealing performance and unreliable workability at the joints.

The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks, improves assembly workability, prevents damage to the condensed water discharge part 3b of the condensation pan, makes condensed water discharge more efficient, and provides an exposed surface on the bottom of the base. However, it provides a condensate drainage device that does not easily accumulate.

[Summary of the invention] In the conventional dew pan structure, the condensed water discharge part 3
Since the condensed water discharge part 3b is integrated with the dew receiving part 3a, the length of the condensed water discharge part 3b is limited and it is easily damaged. The present invention improves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by dividing the condensed water discharge section 3a from the dew receiving section 3b, it is possible to improve the assembly workability, prevent damage to the condensed water discharge section 3b, and reduce the length. Since it can take a large amount of water, it is also possible to guide the condensed water into the condensed water cover.

The dew pan includes a dew pan main body 4 and a condensed water discharge pipe 5.
In combination with this, it forms the structure of a dew pan. In addition, a condensed water drain port 4a is provided in the dew pan main body 4 so that the condensed water drips into the condensed water drain hole 5, and a protrusion 4c is provided around the lower part of the condensed water drain port 4a to ensure that the condensed water is drained. It is designed so that it falls into the 5. Further, the dew pan main body 4 is provided with an engaging portion 4b that engages with the condensed water discharge gutter 5, and is adapted to engage with an engaged portion 5a provided on the condensed water discharge gutter 5.

By providing the engaging portions 4b and 5a as described above, the condensed water discharge gutter 5 is fixed to the condensing tray main body 4, and furthermore, the tip of the condensed water discharge gutter is pressed down by the raised cut 7a provided on the condenser cover 7, and This prevents the water from rising above the surface, allowing the condensed water to drain completely without leaking. In addition, during assembly, there is no contact with the partition plate penetration part 2a, so there is no damage, and the condensed water drain 5 is sufficiently long to reach the outdoor chamber, so that the low temperature condensed water discharged from the dew pan 4 is ,
It mixes with the high-temperature condensed water warmed by the heat of the condenser, and after the temperature of the condensed water has adjusted, it is discharged onto the base surface, which is also effective in preventing dew from forming on the bottom surface of the base.

According to the invention, the dew pan 4 and the condensate drain 5
By dividing and fixing by interlocking,
It is highly effective in attaching and detaching without using adhesives, sealants, screws, or other parts. Furthermore, since the length of the condensed water discharge channel can be made sufficiently long, the low-temperature condensed water can be sufficiently mixed with the warmed condensed water, and dew condensation on the lower surface of the base can be prevented.
