Used medical equipment, such as medical ampoules, bandages, and injection needles, may be contaminated with pathogens from caregivers, so extreme care must be taken when disposing of them. Therefore, when disposing of used medical instruments, the used medical instruments are first put into a storage container and stored, and after a predetermined amount of used medical instruments have accumulated in the storage container, the entire storage container is transported. This allows used medical equipment to be disposed of without touching it. As mentioned above, when putting used medical instruments into the storage container, it is preferable to avoid touching the storage container with your hands as much as possible, so put the used medical instruments into the storage container's slot. Do not cover or open the inlet every time.
After a predetermined amount of used medical instruments have accumulated in the storage container, the input port is covered when the storage container is transported.

However, if the input slot is left uncovered until a predetermined amount of used medical instruments have accumulated in the storage container, the lid will not be used during this time, and there is a risk of the lid being lost. There was a problem. By the way, as in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-112201, the lid is held swingably in a seesaw manner and the lid is always closed with a balance weight, and the lid is pushed open with a medical instrument or by hand for input and disposal. However, in such a structure, the lid must be pushed open by hand or with a medical instrument, making it unsanitary and creating problems in storage containers for disposing of medical instruments. In addition, in the conventional example of the above publication, the seesaw swing of the lid is locked with a locking device to prevent the lid from opening unexpectedly, but when the lid is pushed in with a medical instrument or by hand, However, there was a problem in that there was a risk that the locking tool would become unlatched. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is possible to use the lid without fear of losing it, and in particular, when putting in and disposing of medical instruments, there is no need to touch the medical instruments with your hands, and the lids can be closed once they are closed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a storage container for disposing of medical instruments that can be useful as a storage container for disposing of medical instruments without opening the lid thereof.

The present invention will be explained in detail below using examples. The storage container 1 is formed by attaching a container lid 9 to a container body 8 having an open top surface, and belt receivers 36 are integrally provided on both sides of the container body 8. The container body 8 and the container lid 9 are formed by molding a synthetic resin material such as polyvinyl chloride. As shown in FIG. 2, on the opening edge of the upper end of the container main body 8, engaging pieces 10, 10, .
An engaging protrusion 11 is provided on the outer surface of the tip of the 0. A receiving flange 15 is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the upper end of the container body 8 over the entire circumference, and a receiving protrusion 16 is protruded at the position where the engaging piece 10 is provided. Also, on the edge of the container lid 9, there are rectangular engagement holes 1 at multiple locations corresponding to the engagement pieces 10, as shown in FIG.
2, 12 . Backup pieces 14 projecting vertically upward are each integrally provided. When attaching the container lid 9 to the container body 8, the container lid 9 is placed over the top opening of the container body 8, and the engaging hole 12 of the container lid 9 is
When the engaging piece 10 of the container body 8 is inserted from below, the engaging protruding piece 13 is pushed by the engaging protrusion 11 and elastically deforms outward, and then elastically returns to its original position as shown in FIG. The tip engages with the lower edge of the engagement protrusion 11, and the engagement piece 10 is engaged and held within the engagement hole 12. The engagement of the engagement protrusion 13 with the engagement protrusion 11 will not come off unless the engagement protrusion 13 is deformed using a jig, and this strong engagement allows the container lid to be attached to the container body 8. 9 can be firmly attached. At this time, the back-up piece 14 acts to press the back surface of the engagement piece 10 to prevent the engagement piece 10 from being pushed by the engagement projection piece 13 and falling down. Further, a guide protrusion 17 is provided on the lower surface of the container lid 9 on the lower side of the back-up piece 14, so that the engagement piece 10 can be smoothly inserted into the engagement hole 12 by being guided by the inclined surface of the guide protrusion 17. It is set as. As shown in FIG. 3, a cylindrical portion 18 in the shape of a truncated cone is integrally provided on the storage lid 3, which is the top surface of the storage container 1, and a locking step portion 20 is formed at the upper end of the outer periphery of the cylindrical portion 18. be. A circular inlet 2 is formed in the center of the upper surface of the cylindrical portion 18, and radial cuts 19 are provided along the inner circumference of the inlet 2.
The edges are shaped like tongues slanting slightly downward to provide flexural deformability. By forming the edge of the input port 2 with a tongue-like elastic piece that slopes slightly downward, it becomes easier to dump the syringe etc. from the input port 2 regardless of its size. Even if a mouse or the like enters the storage container 1, it can be prevented from escaping from the input port 2. Also, locking holes 21, 21... are bored at a plurality of locations on the outer edge of the input port 2, and a locking tongue piece 22 is provided at the inner edge of each locking hole 21 toward the inside of the locking hole 21. are made to stand out. Furthermore, injection needle inlets 23 and 24 are provided at the outer edge of the inlet 2. Syringe needle inlet 23
is formed in a triangular shape with the opening width gradually narrowing from one end to the other, and the injection needle inlet 2
4 is formed in a shape having a wide central portion 24a and narrow portions 24b and 24c at both ends, which serve as injection needle passage holes. Further, a lid holding portion 4 is formed on the upper surface of the container lid 9. The lid holding part 4 is formed as a circular protrusion, and insertion holes 25, 25, . A finger insertion recess 29 is formed on the upper surface of the container lid 9 at one location on the outer circumference of the lid holding portion 4. The lid 3 used to close the input port 2 is made of the same synthetic resin as the storage container 1 and is formed as a circular lid.
As shown in the figure, a peripheral frame piece 26 is provided integrally. Further, on the peripheral edge of the back surface of the lid 3, there are locking leg pieces 2 at multiple locations corresponding to the locking holes 21 and the insertion holes 25.
7, 27, . In FIG. 4, reference numeral 30 indicates a small ventilation hole, and in FIG. 1, reference numeral 31 indicates a through hole formed in the lid 3 when molding the locking leg piece 27. The storage container 1, which is formed by attaching the container lid 9 to the container body 8, is used with the inlet 2 open as shown in FIG. is held on the upper surface of the storage container 1 in the lid holding part 4. That is, with the lower surface of the lid 3 fitted into the lid holding part 4 formed as a protrusion, the locking leg piece 27 is inserted and fitted into the insertion hole 25 as shown in FIG. Thus, the lid 3 can be held by the lid holding portion 4.
Then, used medical instruments such as drug ampoules are put into the storage container 1 from the input port 2 and stored in the storage container 1. Here, the injection needle 33 after being used for injection needs to be removed from the syringe 32 and discarded. For this reason, in the case of the injection needle 33, the syringe 32
By passing the injection needle 33 through the injection needle inlet 23 from above at its wide end while being fitted and attached to the tip of the injection needle inlet 23, and moving it to the narrow end of the injection needle inlet 23. As shown in FIG. 8, the base of the injection needle 33 is locked to the edge of the injection needle inlet 23, and in this state, by pulling the syringe 32 upward, the injection needle 33 is removed from the syringe 32, and the injection needle 33 is removed. Drop it into the storage container 1. In this manner, the injection needle 33 can be inserted into the storage container 1 while being removed from the syringe 32. In the case of the injection needle inlet 24, the injection needle 33 attached to the syringe 32 is inserted into the wide part 24a and moved to the narrow part 24b or 24c.
By locking the base of the injection needle 33 on the edge of 4b or 24c and pulling the syringe 32 upward in this state, the injection needle 33 can be pulled out from the syringe 32 and dropped into the storage container 1. can. As described above, used medical instruments are stored in the storage container 1. A vertically long window 34 is provided on the side surface of the container body 8 of the storage container 1, and a transparent plastic plate 35 is heat-welded to the window 34. The amount of used medical instruments stored in the storage container 1 can be confirmed through the window 34. When a predetermined amount of used medical instruments has accumulated in the storage container 1, the lid 3 is removed from the lid holder 4, and the lid 3 is placed over the input port 2 as shown in FIG. 1b. Obstruction. When removing the lid 3 from the lid holder 4, use the finger recess 29.
This can be easily done by inserting the tip of your finger into the hole and picking up the lower end of the peripheral frame piece 26 of the lid. Further, the lid 3 can be fixed in a state where the inlet 2 is closed by locking the locking legs 27 in the locking holes 21. That is, the locking leg piece 27 provided on the lid 3 is inserted into the locking hole 21 from above, and the locking protrusion 2 at the tip of the locking leg piece 27 is inserted.
8 is locked to the lower surface of the edge of the locking hole 21, the seventh
As shown in the figure, a locking hole 2 is provided on the back side of the locking leg piece 27.
The tip of the locking tongue piece 22 in the locking hole 21 comes into elastic contact with the locking tongue piece 22 in the locking hole 21.
The locking protrusion 28 cannot be unlocked from the locking protrusion 28. Therefore, once the lid 3 is placed over the input port 2, the lid 3 will not come off easily, and there is no risk that the lid 3 will come off carelessly and used medical instruments will fly out from the input port 2. After attaching and fixing the lid 3 to the inlet 2 in this way, attach the belt holder 36 of the storage container 1.
By holding a belt (not shown) attached to the storage container 1, it is possible to transport the storage container 1 without touching it directly, and to dispose of the used medical instruments stored inside each storage container 1. It is then incinerated.

A lid holder is provided on the container lid, and a needle passage hole is provided around the periphery of the inlet for inserting and hooking the needle attached to the syringe to remove it from the syringe. It is open and there is no need to open the lid to load and discard medical instruments, so there is no need to touch the lid, and it is easy to load and dispose of medical instruments without causing discomfort to the user. Insert the needle attached to the syringe into the needle passage hole formed around the periphery of the inlet, hook it, and remove the needle from the syringe, while avoiding unsanitary conditions. Once the lid is placed on the inlet, the lid cannot be removed, preventing the lid from being opened unexpectedly and releasing the inserted waste, and making it easier to dispose of medical equipment. This has the advantage that it is advantageous in storage containers for personal use. Moreover, an input port is provided on the top surface of the storage container for inserting treatment instruments to be discarded, and a lid holder is provided on the storage container for holding a lid that is fixedly attached to the storage container on the top surface of the storage container. Therefore, the lid can be held in the storage container by the lid holder, and used medical instruments can be thrown into the storage container through the slot, and the slot can be left open until the used medical instruments are collected in the storage container. There is no risk of losing the lid even if the lid is closed.
