Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to print a few hundreds of copies easily using a simple printer by attaching a flexible reinforcement base to a thermal stencil printing plate and applying the base to a word processor for printing. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive 2, a thermally plastic resin film layer 3, and if necessary, a sticking preventive layer 4 are provided sequentially on one surface of a porous sheet 1 to constitute a thermal stencil paper A. A flexible reinforcement base B has a break 5 between a frame part 6 and a printing area 7 and is bonded together in one piece with the other surface of a porous sheet of the paper A at the frame part. Next a non-ink transmissible sheet C is placed over the flexible reinforcement base B with at least, one side of the frame part adhering to that of the frame part of the former. First printing is performed with this printing plate using a word processor, and then the printing area of the flexible reinforcement base is cut off at the break. This cut off area is applied to a simple printer for printing.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention enables direct printing by a printer using a thermal printer such as a word processor, and can be used to print a simple printing machine such as a hobby printing machine. The present invention relates to a heat-sensitive stencil original plate that can be attached to a printer (for example, a printout manufactured by Riso Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as a simple printing machine) and can print about several hundred sheets.

<Prior Art> Recently, simple printing of about 100 sheets, such as New Year's cards, has been carried out using heat-sensitive stencil paper made of a combination of a porous sheet and a thermoplastic resin film. In this case, the following method was used to create the manuscript using a word processor. In other words, you can print out the edited version from a word processor and then use it directly as a manuscript, or you can retake the edited version using RPC and use it as a manuscript, and then place a stencil on top of the original. Flash plate making was performed from above using a bulb flash or the like. Another method is to directly print out postcards one by one using a word processing sensor. However, such methods require various troublesome efforts and time, and
It also costs money. There was a problem.

A flexible heat-sensitive stencil base paper in which at least an adhesive layer and a thermoplastic resin film layer are sequentially provided on one side of the porous sheet, and cuts are provided on the other side of the porous sheet to cut out the printing area. This is a heat-sensitive stencil original formed by adhering a frame portion of a reinforcing base material and adhering one side of an ink-impermeable sheet to at least one side of the frame portion of the reinforcing base material. If the thermoplastic resin film layer has a material with mold releasability such as a fluororesin or silicone resin, it is left as is, but if it is not, a stick prevention layer is separately provided on its surface.

The adhesive area is determined by the machine that attaches the original plate, but if you want to have more variety, you can use ethylene vinyl acetate hot melt adhesive or PVC adhesive on the two sides (frame part) that form the rectangle of the original plate. If you use double-sided adhesive tape on two sides and make it removable, you can attach it to a simple printing machine whether it is a vertical type or a horizontal type, and it is versatile. This is advantageous.

To specifically explain the steps of plate making and printing using the original plate of the present invention, first, printing is performed using a word processor, and then the printing area of the flexible reinforcing base material is cut and removed from the cut line, and then printed on a simple printing machine. , it is possible to print several hundred sheets easily and clearly. Note that the cuts in the flexible reinforcing base material may all be made with the same perforations, but the efficiency of the removal work in the printing area may be improved by making large cutting lines at some corners or complete cutting lines at the negative sides. can be increased.

If you use this to print with a word processor, there will be no steps and you can easily attach it to the machine and print.Next, the printable area of the flexible reinforcing base material is cut away from the perforations and printed on the porous sheet. I was able to expose the part, attach it to a simple printing machine (if the attachment is loose, use an appropriate piece of cardboard as a cutter), and print easily. For example, when printing was performed using Print Gocco manufactured by Riso Kagaku Kogyo Co., Ltd., it was possible to print 100 clear prints that were faithful to the original.
