(Prior art) In recent years, as a manufacturing method for thermal stencil printing systems,
A reversal image is perforated in the thermoplastic resin film of a thermosensitive stencil paper made by laminating a thermoplastic resin film and a porous support by heating a selected heating element of a thermal head that slides in contact with the thermoplastic resin film. In addition, as a printing machine for obtaining printed matter using stencil-made base paper, there is a type that can automatically control the ink supply to blend the ink to the base paper, and a type that can automatically control the ink supply to blend the ink to the base paper. There are some types that require an excessive supply of ink before it can be applied.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) When printing using heat-sensitive stencil paper made by perforating a reversed image using the heating element described above, it is possible to automatically supply ink to blend the ink on the base paper. In the case of a type of printing press that can be controlled manually, it is sufficient to peel off the backing paper after plate making and wrap it around the ink drum of the printing press for printing. In the case of the required type of printing press, if the mount is peeled off after plate making and wrapped around the ink drum of the printing press for printing, excess ink will waste paper until normal printing occurs. Also, if paper is not used, the press roll of the printing machine (the roll used to press the printing paper against the base paper) will become dirty, and a mount is essential to prevent the base paper from coming into contact with the press roll. However, in the case of the above-mentioned plate-making method, the heating element and the thermoplastic resin film come into contact with each other during plate-making, so the mount must be present on the porous film support side, and conversely, when ink is supplied, the press roll base paper The problem is that it must be present on the thermoplastic resin film side to prevent contact with the thermoplastic resin film.

(Means for solving the problem) Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention has a mounting paper on the porous film support side during plate making,
A mount exists on the thermoplastic resin film side when ink is supplied, and the mount is removable during printing, and the structure of the mount of the thermosensitive stencil paper is devised to have through holes for engagement with the ink drum. .

As the material of the thermoplastic resin film 1, a film made of thermoplastic resin such as polyester resin film can be used, and as the material of the porous film support 2, natural fibers such as kozo, mitsumata, Manila hemp, etc. can be used. Thin paper manufactured by mixing chemical fibers such as rayon, vinylon, and polyester with natural fibers, and furthermore, those thin papers that are water-resistant treated with resin such as viscose can be used. Further, the method of bonding the thermoplastic resin film 1 and the porous film support 2 is to apply a vinyl acetate-based, vinyl chloride-based, synthetic rubber-based, natural rubber-based, or ester-based adhesive to the thermoplastic resin film 1. Alternatively, a method of bonding by coating on a porous film support 2, or a method of bonding by coating on a porous film support 2,
There is a method of bonding using a gravure printing method as in No. 188696, and a method of bonding by impregnating a porous film support 2 with a synthetic resin liquid as in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-47997. Next, the heat-sensitive stencil paper 3 and the mount 4 can be bonded together by gluing the ends of the heat-sensitive stencil paper 3 and the mount 4 together using a general adhesive or the like. Also, the perforation line 7 is not limited to perforations, but may be formed at thin parts, etc., and the shape and number of the through holes 9 are variously selected depending on the printing machine, as long as they are symmetrical with respect to the folding line 5. good.

(Function) Next, the function of the present invention will be explained. Since the heat-sensitive stencil paper of the present invention has a folding line 5 formed approximately at the center of the folding margin 6 of the mount 4, when making a plate, as shown in FIG. , the thermoplastic resin film 1 is bent along the folding line 5 so that the peeling part 8 of the mount 4 is located on the side of the porous film support 2 of the heat-sensitive stencil paper 3, and the thermoplastic resin film 1 is attached to a heating element (not shown) of a thermal printer.
The inverted image is made by bringing it into contact with the plate. Next, when installing it in a printing machine and blending the ink, as shown in FIG. Then, the porous film support 2 is engaged with the ink drum (not shown) of the printing press using the through holes 9 so that it comes into contact with the ink drum, and then the heat-sensitive stencil paper is wound around the ink drum, and the ink is applied. Supply the ink to blend it. Next, during printing, as shown in FIG. 4, the peeling part 8 of the mount 4 is separated from the perforation line 7, and the thermoplastic resin film 1 of the heat-sensitive stencil paper 3 is brought into contact with printing paper (not shown). The normal rotation image is printed.

(Effects) As described above, the thermal stencil paper of the present invention can be applied to any thermal stencil printing method in which a reverse image is perforated on a film using a thermal printer to obtain a printed matter of a normal image. This is an excellent product that allows the use of printing machines that require excessive ink supply to blend the ink.
