Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the outflow of a corrosion-proof paint from a cable end and prevent the hardening of a PVC corrosion-proof layer and the occurrence of cracks by coating atactic propylene added with a rust preventive agent on the surface of a corrugated steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:Atactic polypropylene 3 added with a rust preventive agent is coated on the surface of a corrugated steel pipe 2 provided around a cable core 1 in place of a conventional asphalt paint which easily flows out when the temperature rises. The rust preventive agent prevents the progress of corrosion even when tine holes are generated on a paint film and a corrosive material infiltrates. Polyvinyl chloride(PVC) is coated on the outermost layer as a corrosion-proof layer 4, and the movement of a plasticizer and the occurrence of hardening or cracks can be prevented. When atactic polypropylene is colored, a circuit can be identified at a cable terminal.

的は、鋼管上の防食層を透過する水分、防食層の外傷に
より腐食物等が塗膜下に侵入しないようにすること、或
いは重膜と金属素地との界面において腐食が進行しにく
い状態をつくり出すことにある。

VC防食層の硬化・クラックを防止したものである。

チツクポリプロピレンにあらかじめ添加しておくことに
より、腐食が進行しにくい状態を作りだすことを意図し
たためである。
