In addition, as the panel size increases, warping is more likely to occur, which also causes a deterioration of the appearance, so when installing the panel, it is necessary to accurately align the joints and at the same time correct warpage and adjust unevenness. Recently, a sandwich panel in which a thin sheet of natural stone is attached to the surface of the sandwich panel has been developed, and it is attracting attention as a new material that can significantly reduce the weight, which is a drawback of stone, while retaining the excellent texture of natural stone. ing.

However, it was difficult to match the curing time of the adhesive with the positioning of the panel (horizontal and vertical position and joint alignment), which was a problem. For example, when using adhesives that harden quickly, it is difficult to adjust the unevenness (adjusting the irregularities of the structure so that the panel surface is uniform and flat before attaching) or positioning for joint alignment. In addition, when using adhesives that have a slow curing time, even if the positioning is accurate, jigs and auxiliary tools are required to hold the position until curing, which reduces cost and work efficiency. It was not favorable in that respect.

The panel is positioned by screwing the inserted screws through the back skin layer and fixing them into the thin base.

A honeycomb structure can be used, while the skin can be made of metal, paper, plywood, plastic or an inorganic sheet material. Moreover, a combination of these can also be used. As the metal skin, for example, a thin plate made of aluminum, stainless steel, iron, titanium steel, or alloy steel thereof, or a processed product thereof can be used. Furthermore, it is also possible to use a panel with a painted skin surface, a decorative film, a sheet, or a panel with stone, ceramic, etc. affixed to the skin surface to enhance the design effect. Although the cell size of the honeycomb constituting the core layer is not particularly limited, it is preferably a size that allows the head of a screw to be used to fit within one cell.

I was able to install it. Additionally, before installation, this panel had a 1.5 mm concave surface warp in the long plane direction, but this warp was corrected and the alignment between adjacent surfaces of the panel was made accurate. A flat panel surface could be formed.

In this case, an adjustment width of 5 to 15 mm is required to adjust the unevenness, and this adjustment is performed by sandwiching the required number of 2 mm thick plates alternately between the adhesives 6 and 6 shown in Figure 1. (not shown). In addition, when fixing and positioning the panel 4 with wood screws 8 inserted into the peripheral edge of the honeycomb core layer 1, as shown in FIG. Sandwich the elastic body,
The height of the panel 4 was finely adjusted depending on the screwing degree of the wood screws 8 and the elasticity of the elastic body.

It was not possible to make fine adjustments to the positioning because the timing was too fast.
