ンシート膜厚の2.5倍以上に構成したことを特
徴とするドクターブレード成膜装置。 2 請求項1記載のドクターブレード成膜装置に
於て、ドクターブレードの面とキヤリアフイルム
面となす角度を91度から179度までの鈍角と
した傾斜面をもつドクターブレードを有すること
