- センターヨークを中央に、センターヨークに対
向した面に同極に着磁された永久磁石を接着した
サイドヨークを組み合せ、センターヨークに駆動
コイルを挿入した構造のリニアモータに於いて、
駆動コイルの巻線を複数本巻回し並列結線し構成
したことを特徴とするリニアモータ用駆動コイル
。
