Claims (1)
- 交互に磁極を異ならせて配列形成した磁石を片
面長手方向に設けたヨークと、巻線方向が前記磁
石の磁束方向と直角になる複数個のコイルを前記
磁石に対向させて取り付け前記ヨークに対して相
対運動可能に設けたボビンとよりなるリニアモー
タにおいて、記複数個のコイルを、その端部は積
層すると共に、前記磁石に対向する部分は運動方
向位置が互いに食い違つていずれのコイルも前記
磁石表面との間隔が均一となる形状で前記ボビン
に取り付けたことを特徴とするリニアモータ。
