本発明は炊飯器による炊飯において、米飯表面の乾燥を
防止し、蓋部品の過熱による変形を防止した加熱方法に

電力を利用して加熱炊飯する炊飯器は、今や全国的に普
及し各家庭の炊事場の必須器具となっている。それだけ

、米を収納する内がまの加熱を下方からだけでなく、上
方からもまんべんなく加熱する方法が有効とされており
、従来は主として保温のみに利用されていた蓋ヒータの
出力を強化し、炊飯時に上方より蓋ヒータを利用して加
熱する炊飯方法が採用されている。そのため蓋ヒータの
出力は従来の10ワツトから最近では60〜80ワツト

じて内がま3内の米及び水の温度は上昇しP点に達する
と沸騰を始める。沸騰中は米飯の温度は沸点100℃を
保持しているが、炊飯が進みQ点において蒸発する水が

の結果米飯表面が過熱され乾燥することがある。また蓋
ヒータのため蓋内部が過熱されて蓋の部品が変形するこ
ともある。これを避けて加熱量制御手段を利用して蓋ヒ
ータの出力を下げると、加熱が不十分となり炊飯に支障

100%とするが、炊飯器の内がま3の下面に装着され
たサーミスタが内がま内の沸騰を検出すると、加熱量制
御手段を利用して蓋ヒータの出力を所定の出力に低下さ

飯表面が乾燥することもなく、蓋の部品が過熱により支
