Description
本考案は、自動ワインダーへ供給する管糸の糸
端を口出しする、糸端の口出し装置に関するもの
である。

精紡機で巻き取つた管糸を自動ワインダーへ供
給して巻き返えす場合、予め管糸の糸端を解舒す
る、口出しが行われている。この口出しを行う装
置として、従来は、管糸のトツプ或いはボトムの
部分へ圧縮空気を噴射させる機構、及びその空気
噴射により解舒された糸端を吸引する機構を備え
たものがあつた。

ところが、管糸には、糸種の交換やロツトの切
り換え等により満巻に至つていないものがあり、
このような管糸は糸端がチエス部分に位置してい
るため、バンチ巻が施された部分に口出し機構を
位置させた従来装置では、糸端の口出しを自動的
に行うこと困難であつた。
特に、精紡機と自動ワインダーを直結した多品
種少量生産に適した精紡ワインダーは、管糸が満
巻に至らず、糸端がチエス部に位置するものが多
く、この所謂チエス切れ管糸であつても、糸端の
口出しを自動的に行うことができる装置が望まれ
ていた。
そこで、簡易な機構で自動的に、しかも確実に
管糸の糸端を口出しできる装置の提供が本考案の
目的である。

て傾斜させて揃えた毛足の短い布体等を、第一に
は短冊状に形成し、これを平面上に多数並列して
簀の子状に形成したもの、第二にはリング状に形
成したものを適当な間隔で積み重ね円筒状に形成
したものを採用した。

管糸1は円盤状基板2に突設されたペグ3から
なるトレイ4に挿立された状態で、コンベア5上
を第1図中左方へと移送されるように構成してあ
り、また、該トレイ4は下面を開口した内部空間
を有し、ペグ3の先端部にエア通過孔6が形成し
てあり、口出しされた糸端を管糸1の巻取管7内
に、上端から垂らした状態で自動ワインダーへ搬
送するように構成してある。更に、8,9は圧縮
空気噴出ノズルで、管糸1の下方両側に、糸表面
に向けて傾斜し、かつ、糸端を解舒する方向に空
気が噴出するように配設してあり、管糸1の上方
には、糸端の吸引パイプ10が設けてあり、該吸
引パイプ10には糸端をカツター11の位置へガ
イドするスリツト12が形成してある。13はカ
ツター11のガイドであり、14はバンチ巻の口
出し機構である。尚、上記した各構成は従来装置
とかわるところはない。15は管糸1の糸端を口
出しするための圧接部材で、超仕上げに使用する
サンドペーパー16を短冊状に形成し、これを平
面上に多数並列させて、各々の一方の端部を支持
腕17に固定して簀の子状に形成してある。この
圧接部材15は、第2図Aに示した如く、サンド
ペーパー16の開放端側を管糸1に押圧させて配
設してある。
